I used their company through my home warranty company. They came out and didn't know how to fix my up flush toilet. Still had to pay the $100 service fee.

I have used ARM Mechanicals a few times through my warranty company. Randy I think is a knowledgeable guy but I don't believe they are doing good business. Every time they have come out for a repair, they always try to upsell me ""better"" parts that offered by my warranty company. For the parts that are not covered, they charge way too much. As an example, for a sink basket which part costs $15 and takes 5 mins to do (if that) they wanted to charge me $175. I would understand if they had just come out for that reason only but they were already in my house fixing something else, so I decided to get the part and do it myself. I just think they are way too greedy and will probably go out of business if they continue with these practices and prices. We're all struggling and they are trying to abuse people with their prices.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. this company was assigned via my home warranty service call and let's just say that they did nothing. My water heater wouldn't kick on and wasn't heating the water. Took cold showers for 2 days because by the time we noticed it wasn't working and placed the service request I had to wait. I was then charged a service call fee via my warranty. The next morning this company called to ask what my issue was I explained to them what was going on and they said they could be here same day later in the afternoon. they then showed up and the man immediately said oh your water heater is old probably need to replace it. barely gazed at it. relit the pilot (which I explained I did but it won't stay lit after it attempts to heat the water) he said oh it's lit you need to clean some dust/cobwebs around it and it's fine. However less than 2 hours later it was out and wouldn't relight. Again we had to take cold showers. Did some research when I got to work and after speaking with the people I work with was able to diagnose the issue and fix it myself. it ended up costing me $4 for some sandpaper. and I feel like I wasted the $75 service call fee and the warranty company won't reimburse me even though I explained this company they assigned did absolutely nothing while they were at my house for less than 10 minutes. if I were you I'd never use this company. definitely look into finding another company and read all the reviews.

Used this company through American home shield. Two men came out analyzed the faucets we needed fixed one being our kitchen faucet that the sprayer head came off. He mentioned that they started making them different because this happens. Told me the warranty company probably won't cover it because or they will replace it with a cheaper one. I told him we have had great luck with the warranty and enjoyed their services. Received an email from American home shield that said the faucet is broke from not normal wear and tear and there was excessive force. I'm in the process of getting a second opinion. Called and was told that's not how their company works, and I should get a second opinion. Would definitely not recommend!!

Awesome! Fast! Professional! Friendly! Super knowledgeable! These guys are great! Return calls are prompt. Service is timely. From their office staff to the service staff they are top notch! 3 times at different addresses & A+ each time. I won't call anyone else!

I have American Home Shield. They were rude and shitty the first time they came out to fix something, and literally said that they don't work on trailers and that was why. Fine, whatever, they fixed our issue.

Then, we needed another plumbing repair. (Common issue with trailers.) For whatever reason, the plumber decided to lie and tell American Home Shield that it was broken by ""excessive force,"" even though there's literally no damage to anything. I'm guessing that he just didn't want to deal with CPVC plumbing. So, now I have to wait for a different company to come out and look. Meanwhile, I have no working kitchen sink.

When they're honest and actually do the work, they're okay. But, I can't give a company more than 1 star when they lie just to get out of doing work on a trailer.

These guys are great. They've come out twice now, once for a leaky shower, which they fixed, no problem. The second for a potential leak with our water heater. They were extremely patient and kind, went above and beyond with explaining what they were doing and making sure I was comfortable with it. Great guys, would definitely recommend :)

They fixed a leak under my sink ( trap)...it was improperly installed and had a slow leak which I did not notice as I do not store anything under my sink. it eventually built up and let loose, flooding my neighbors below me. i had a different company come out and fix it , they took pics and showed me the improper installation by ARM. After reaching out to the owner and their insurance company, the denied any wrong doing leaving me with 1700$ in damages. They were sent by American Homeshield ( home owners warranty company). They also fixed a toilet that they had to come back twice and it's still loose. WARNING.....Do NOT use either company!!!!

The guys were very knowledgeable. Answered all questions patiently and thoroughly. Very quick...they definitely know what they are doing. Great job replacing our water heater.
