Called Willie back during Snowmageddon. We had a slab leak repaired by someone else and were concerned when the piping froze. He advised us that the piping that was used to reroute could expand many times due to freezing and should be fine once it thawed out. He was right. It was nice that he called back so quickly when we could not get any other plumbers to even return our calls, even the one who did the original slab leak repair. Willie didn't even charge us then.

So when we had a leak around a toilet, he was the 1st one we called. He reset the toilet and did it RIGHT. Not like the "handyman" who did it the first time. He stuck to his estimated price as well.

Within in a day or so, we had to replace our refrigerator and the water supply faucet developed a leak (it was over 40 yrs old). He not only replaced the faucet but discovered damage to the piping from when the house was built. He replaced that section of pipe and still stuck to the price quoted.

Willie is now our "go-to" plumber!

This company is a God's send. William Sides has saved me many times from a water leak, busted hot water heater, put in a new dishwasher and 2 leaks in my slab. He explains everything up front and gives you the cost. After the work is done, it's always cleaned up.
He does not take advantage of the "women" that doesn't know how to fix things.

Willie Sides has SAVED me more times than I can count!!! I had a slab leak on my rent house. I called my homeowners warranty. The plumber came out and quoted 3500. to fix it. I first met Willie because he was the plumber that my Salon owner has used and recommended. I called Willie and he came out very quickly and while fixing the leak, found a second leak. He had them fixed in a reasonable timeframe and charged me 1000 dollars less to fix 2 leaks than the other plumber quoted for 1 leak. Good work, VERY experienced, and an all-around GOOD GUY.

The charge for services was fair and competitive along with superior workmanship. Everything was explained clearly up front before any work began. If I could give this guy a 0 I would.
I just bought a house that he was supposed to replace a dual valve under the kitchen sink prior to closing.
He put a single valve in.
When I called him after taking possession of the house he was rude and gave me some song and dance abut how the previous owner told him that the new owner (me) would not be using it. Then he said it couldn't be done. Then when I asked him if it would cost another $165 to replace the vale he said "Yes". So I told him I would report him to the BBB(which I did) which by the way he is not affiliated with. He then hung up on me.
Thank goodness I have a great contractor/handyman brother in law who will do it for cheap.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON AT ALL!!!!!

Rude Customer Service! The website states "call us" Sure, calling after hours because of plumbing emergency. I called the number to get more information or at least get an answering machine from an office or place of business. Instead, he picked up with a rude "hello" response and stayed quiet as if I called the wrong number, no mention of a business... wasn't very professional at all. So I asked, "when will you be available?" His immediate response was, "Don't call at this time this is my cell!" Your website doesn't specify that it's a cell phone number. I said, "okay, my apologies, when Is a good time?" He told me in a sarcastic tone, "I'm busy anyways!" Then, he hung up. As if He didn't want to help or assist me with the information I was inquiring about. Going forward, a respectful owner should treat all prospective customers in a respectful and courteous manner. Off to find the next Plumber.
