Our water heater broke on a Thursday evening. Reached out to Arlington Plumbing at 9 pm and received a response that night. They had someone at our house the next day with a new unit and installed it before the weekend. Huge relief with two small children at home.

Obtained several estimates from companies via Yelp, and Arlington Plumbing was be the most responsive and provided the most fair costs of all of them. The plumber was very kind and professional and kept me informed of what he was doing or if he needed any feedback before proceeding.
I didn't want to go around with haggling on costs that can be easily compared, and Arlington Plumbing didn't hide any extra costs or pump up estimates for ""cost of goods"". Several companies tried to justify the high estimate due to cost of material, despite having many of the valves and parts already in my possession. Arlington Plumbing was honest and fair from the start. The work looks great and very pleased with the process.
I would look to Arlington Plumbing in the future for additional projects.
