I contacted Arlington Plumbing to fix a non-emergency leaking shower and also replace an old handheld shower head on a Saturday and they responded timely (within the hour) and was able to schedule an estimate the next business day + replace the shower head and then order the necessary internal shower part and fix the leak a couple days after that.

The owner and master plumber Limbert who came out was extremely professional, polite, and the work was done efficiently (he also had brand new shoe covers, mask, and when he finished my home was left clean). I would definitely recommend them.

This is the worst service I have ever had I had Limbert come out to my house to service my water heater he said it was going to be a large amount of money said he needed to order the part. I paid 50% down and it's been 3 weeks he will not answer my calls or return my messages. I would not recommend using this company do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Having just recently purchased an older home in Arlington, I knew plumbing issues were inevitable, so it was important I find a reliable plumbing service provider - Limbert and Arlington Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling are it.

Limbert is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional. The first time he came to my house for a minor clog in our shower drain. The clog ended up going away before he got there, but Limbert still took time out of his day to walk through my house and explain the different pipes on each floor. Rather than simply leave because there was nothing to fix, Limbert wanted to make sure I knew what to look for next time there was an issue.

Since then, I've had him take a proactive look at my house's pipes (which I highly recommend, especially if you have an older home) and install a dishwasher. My go to plumbing service; cannot recommend enough!

This is the second time using Arlington Plumbing, Heating and Cooling and I have to say that I am very impressed that Mr. Limbert remembered me as the first call was over a year ago. Since I didn't leave a review the first time, I'll list both visits on one review:

The first visit (2019) was for a pipe leak - The basement ceiling was stained with water and the location was hard to ascertain - but Limbert was able to correctly diagnose the area where other plumbers, who provided estimates, asked me to spend ungodly amounts to fix ripping up the whole ceiling area. Limbert assessed the situation (within 15-20mins) and was able to locate the problem area and install new piping in under 2 hours; this was done without having to rip out any extra drywall.

The second visit was (9/4/2020) for a clogged drain in a bathroom sink. Limbert brought in a snake/auger machine and had it unclogged within 10 minutes - I also received a discount as a repeat customer! Woohoo

Limbert wore a mask (the most recent visit), shoe coverings and puts down a drop cloth to prevent messes. He always explains the situation, what the best course of action and always cleans up. Also, if you ask, he will show you his Master Plumber's license and insurance.

Very happy and I would recommend his services to all.

If you've been looking for honest, sincere and reliable professionals to provide you an excellent job to solve your problem Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling is the only company where you find them. I can say this so surely because, over the years I worked with so many different pluming companies; I have an old house that was built in 1955 which gives me all kinds of pluming issues very often. I spent so much time searching for a good plumber and every time I hired one that offered professional job (sometimes with lower price) ended with disappointment on both offers. This is why, each time I had a plumbing issue I couldn't use the last company I hired, and started over searching for a good plumber. It was so frustrating to not to have a good, reliable company (that I can trust their opinion) available, especially in emergency situations. But now, after working with Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling (especially Limbert, he is a very kind person) I know that I have found that good company and I don't have to go through the painful search/find cycle. I know who to call to get my issue resolved fast with highest job quality and fair price. This is a major relief for me.

I had a very bad sewer back up in my basement, after making so many phone calls Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling ended my frustration. Limbert is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, he gave me clear and best information on the phone and scheduled me the earliest appointment. On our appointment he looked at the issue with high attention and took his time to find the cause of the problem and the fix for it. He and his worker fixed the issue fast. I also asked Limbert if he can take a look at my gas fireplace that I suspected it has gas leak and completely remove the gas pipeline, which I did communicated him about that service on our phone conversation. He took care of that job very well also.

Their job was outstanding; they know what they are doing and perform their job with care. They are the best! Thank you Limbert!

Amazing customer service! Representative wore a mask and boot covers. My plumbing problem was quickly diagnosed and multiple options were provided.
In the end, I felt comfortable making the necessary repairs (all I needed was a replacement valve). I wasn't even charged a service charge!

Limbert is fantastic. We've had him come to our home twice in the last few months. He is knowledgeable, efficient, returns calls quickly, and does a great job explaining things. He came to inspect our sump pump today, and now I finally understand how our system operates and how the different components are connected. Our 65 year old house had a 30 year old water heater that began leaking in the beginning of the Covid crisis. Apparently, water heaters are only supposed to last 15 years so ours was due for replacement. I called quite a few plumbing companies that had 5 star reviews regarding a water heater replacement. By the time I reached Arlington Plumbing, I sorta knew what to expect regarding tank and installation costs. Limbert reached out to me right away, answered all my questions, told me what to expect and gave me a fair estimate. He showed up with mask, gloves and footsies and made sure to keep at least a 6 feet distance. Wam, bam, done! He finished much quicker than the 3 hours I expected. Wow, I couldn't believe his efficiency and quality workmanship! So very HAPPY with our new water heater, Limbert and Arlington Plumbing. Limbert's the man! Highly recommend!
