I see a lot of negative complaints here and I understand based on their situations. For me, I had a great experience.
The guys showed up on time, were very polite and they solved the problem on why my downstairs toilet and washing machine kept flooding.
Pricing is worth it and no problems since, would highly recommend these people over other competitors. Just do your research, none of these companies have a perfect track record, but I was well satisfied.

We had AA plumbing do some work on our bathroom sink & tub plus they cleared our drains. All was done in a timely manner. We were very happy with their service.

Took them three visits to fix my rocking downstairs toilet. I had called them up and told them the problem. When they showed up, I told them that while they were fixing it, to replace both the upstairs and downstairs 35 year old toilets. When they had finished I noticed and pointed out the almost 1/2 inch gap with a wooden shim in it between the downstairs toilet and the floor. I was told that was to stop the rocking. A week later the new toilet was rocking and when I took a peek around the base, I saw one of the white decorative caps had not been re-installed and the retaining nut and bolt could both be spun using just my fingers. On their second attempt to fix it (same crew), I was told to ""be careful"" when sitting down since the repair part they used was not that robust. Seemed odd to me to be careful just to sit down. Anyway, within a day the new toilet had the original rocking problem. On their third visit (different crew), they told me that the flange was cracked and needed to be replaced. They also told me the new toilet was cracked. They said it would be no cost to me to replace the toilet, but it was going to cost $1200 to replace the flange. So they took about an hour and a half to replace it, fix some water damage and replace the broken toilet (which was caused by their poor installation in the first place). Couple of questions: Why didn't they discover the broken flange on the first and second visit and why did it cost $1200 for one and a half hours worth of work for two guys and a part that cost less than $100? Were they really getting $366 an hour each to work on this? I did a search and the average wage of a plumber in Washington State is about $30 an hour. Sounds like some price gouging to me. NOT recommended.

These guys were a total rip off! They charged my 92 year old mother $600 +tax to unclog two toilets. One toilet somehow had a rag in it that had to be removed. This only took them 3 minutes which she agreed to pay $300 to have fix. No problem. But, they fooled her on the 2nd toilet. It wasn't actually clogged. The toilet tank just didn't have enough water in it. After they filled a bucket with water from the faucet and poured it into the tank, it flushed fine. So, she basically wound up paying them another $300 just to pour some water into the toilet tank!! I'm writing a letter now to the state attorney general of their practices and taking advantage of the elderly.

We called twice and he never called back or showed up for our Thursday appointment with him. He needs a receptionist because he is not handling communication or appointments well at all.

I was desperate to cure the drip drip drip my toilet was doing before my hardwoods buckled. These lovely people fit me into their schedule for the day and then when they came and found it eas an adjustment not a repair corrected the problem no charge. Thank you. Thank you.
