Joe P.Called on a Wednesday for a non-emergency shower leak. They answered promptly, which is often half the battle, but I was told they'd come out Friday morning to check it out and repair and no one ever came. After the appointed hour passed, I called repeatedly on Friday, leaving my number each time, but I never got a call back and no one ever came. Three days of my time wasted.
Can't vouch for the quality of their work since they never showed for the job, but basic communication and reliability were terrible.

Since, this is a rental property my tenant also said they did an excellent job and she was happy to have hot water...I would recommend this Arlan to all who have any plumbing needs.

They sent out Wladimir, he is one of the friendliest guys you'll ever meet! He was able to fix not one but 2 valves for me for a couple bux extra. Awesome deal! He did it in a matter of minutes so me neighborhors didn't even know the water was off. I! Can't say enough great things about this company. Excellent communication also!
Libet E.David just came out to see my broken shower water faucet. As a woman I'm always skeptical of plumbers trying to rip me off but David was extremely honest as I had gotten other quotes, didn't pressure me to repair with him. He also had shoe covers to not get my house dirty. I mean really not expected?! He shared the problem with me and made me make the decision at my leisure. I will definitely be contacting this company and referring them to friends and family when in need because of David's professionalism, price quote, cleanness and honesty.
