Had a sewer line meltdown with toilet waste coming up the downstairs bathtub at 2AM. We called a well known plumber/rooter company that advertised 24 hour service; Spoke to the answering service twice but never got a call from the on call tech. Called Arkansas Rooter and Johnny called back in 5 minutes and was at our house in 45. Great attitude, worked hard and fixed our issue. Very pleased with the service.

Just moved in and the toilets and showers were backing up. Remodeling contractor was no help. Shane came out and cleaned out the lines and showed me that the toilets that were installed needed the handle held down longer. Just the peace of mind that a big fix was not needed, was a big relief.

Arkansas Rooter is outstanding. I had called their competition a few months ago for a root treatment and was charged $400 for them to do literally nothing. Called Arkansas Rooter due to a clog and found that the other rooter company had done nothing besides come out and charge more. No clog in the house, but still had drainage issues and was suggested to locate the clean out. Well, my sewer clean out is buried, so I've been digging trying to find it. I only know the general location, which is about 40 square feet. Found the pipe, but no clean out so far, and digging for it is hard due to the high volume of rocks. We called Arkansas Rooter again for advice on locating it. Shane came out, and took a look since it's tough to give advice without knowing the area, was able to clear the clog due to a hole in the pipe (the aforementioned root treatment that didn't happen) and advised on how to install a clean out myself. I won't call any other company for rooter services except Arkansas Rooter. Arkansas Rooter is less expensive, better, and has better service than the other company.

Fast and professional! Ask for Troy and Mike and they'll set you up! I had a backed up main pipeline and a clogged sink. They cleared the line and diagnosed the disposal issue. Troy even cut me a deal because the job was simple. They were super friendly and cool to have at the house.
