I had to call on New Year's Day! A pipe froze and the we here in 30 minuets. Very Professional and they have fixed problems for me previously. I have always been very happy with the great service I received from AR Hydrojet! I hope not to have to call again but if I do- I will call At Hydrojet! Five Stars

I've dealt with numerous plumbers throughout my years as a homeowner and none are more unreliable than Arkansas Hydrojet. I guess this is what I get for giving undeserving people 2nd chances. From the start, I was stood up on the initial appointment without so much as a call or text. 4 days later I'm finally contacted at 3am and asked when a good time would be to come to my home to as if the original scheduled appointment never existed. Never in my life have I heard so many excuses for utter incompetence from someone who's been in this profession for 16 years. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. They didn't even bring their own Shop Vac......they used mine without my knowledge and permission and ruined the filter. Casey, the owner of the company, left in the middle of the job leaving his worker to finish and never said a single word to me as to the progress that was being made......I guess that was because there was no progress being made!!! Their least concern is customer satisfaction and I feel bad for those working for this company who do 95% of the labor and have a boss who leaves a job unfinished and a customer unhappy. I would not recommend this company to a single soul. Luckily I found a company who was able to come in behind Arkansas Hydrojet and fix all their screw ups.

In August of 2024 Casey Parker came to my home to give an estimate for some rough-ins and tying sewer line into my septic tank. Days later I was given a written estimate, but the estimate included a lot of things that I didn't request. I contacted, Casey to request a price only for the things I requested. Through text messages, he gave me a price for requested services. I agreed to the price and scheduled the work to be done. About three weeks later his employees came to do the work. I received a knock on the door to tell me that the work was completed, and that I needed to pay. When I went to verify that everything was completed, it was not. The largest portion of the job, trenching, and tying into my septic was not done or even started. I asked what was owed for the portion that was done, and they told me that I owed the full price. I explained to them that most of the work wasn't done, and I'm not paying for the portion that was not done. Casey called me to discuss everything. I explained to him that what was done was not our agreement, and referred him back to our text messages. He proceeded to tell me that he didn't mean what he said, and that I should know better. He is the ""professional"" not me. He threatened me, and told me that I deserve to die. Called the cops on me for refusing to pay for services that I didn't receive per our agreement. I offered to pay him for the work done, or he could come get his materials. He chose to come get his materials. Blamed me for everything and took zero responsibility even though everything was in writing. I offered to pay $700 for materials and labor even though the job was not completed. He declined. I purchased the materials needed to do it on my own, and it cost me $140. This is extremely bad business practice, and I feel others should be warned.

This is the second time I've used these guys and both times they were quick to respond and wonderful to communicate with. John's work is top-notch! Highly recommend.

Called them on Monday. Finally got through and was told oh my guys can come out right now / then I texted and was told "" right after they dump the trash from the job they left"" mind you it was starting to get dark now, another hour goes by I texted again and was told "" oh they caught a flat and are trying to fix it"" so I said ok look it's dark so just have them come first thing in the morning. She said ok! This morning after at least 4 texts I was told oh the phones crashed and I lost everything.. so giving the benefit of the doubt I recapped it all and was told they'd be out first thing...now it's 11:49 I text to see what time and was told right after lunch break.
1:15 PM I text again "" do you have a time for me ?"" Was told ""yes"" No time was ever relayed . In the meantime I contacted Superior Plumbing and was told they could come out late this afternoon.... They actually called me right now and came right out . Hydrojet is very unreliable so I would NOT recommend them. Whoever their schedule person is is not at all professional.

Absolute worst service I have ever received. Estimate was agreed at 600.00 for a clean out to be installed and also a unclog. For them to only jet the lines AND NO ClEANOUT INSTALLED they then charged me 450.00 for half of the work. Not to mention they stole out of the neighbors Colbert to fix the pipe they broke. Unless you would like to pay 450.00 a HOUR and deal with absolute unprofessionalism I would not suggest these guys. It's astonishing people will take advantage any way that they can of the elderly.

make sure you ask them if they have everything they need for the installation before they start. the guy left twice to get materials for a basic sink install. Then he proceeds to patronize me and tell me how I mustve ""sweet talked"" his boss into the rate i was getting for a basic sink install. I dont think so... 2.5 hours for a 60/40 sink install? customers beware! i like to add all these guys had to do was hook up the new sink (already in place) to the sink drain and the existing plumbing. RIP OFF!!!

Very unprofessional. First off he sent his ""apprentice "" to do a job 3 times. Has to wait all day for them to finally show up. They left multiple times while they were supposedly working. While I am writing this review, I am waiting on them to come back and hopefully finish this... It is 535pm now and doubt they will finish today. If you want a job done in a timely manner, do not give them your business
