I am a very satisfied customer of ARKA Builders.

I had water damage in my master bathroom that caused damage to the lower bathroom as well, and as this was the first repair/remodel job that i have had to do I didn't know what to expect.

I did get a few estimates from people's recommendations to me. I found ARKA builders by searching online, and after discussing the job with all of these people i felt most comfortable with ARKA/Arvin(owner).

Arvin had great vision and is very detail oriented. He made excellent recommendations to turn my master bathroom into a showroom. He recommended and eventually tore down a wall that opened up the bathroom. They took out my existing shower/tub and built a beautiful shower, layed tile, and painted the room.

Arvin throughout the whole process was very professional and was always accessible if I had any questions He met me at different stores on multiple occasions and helped me pick out the tile, vanity, etc. and the job came out absolutely like he said it would- beautiful.

I would definitely use ARKA for any future jobs, and would recommend them to anyone that was looking for a contractor.

Words cannot express my appreciation for Arvin and his whole team at ARKA builders. They are a class act organization who go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. We found ARKA builders about 7 years ago when my brother and I decided to get into the business of flipping homes. We were amazed at how quickly, efficiently and amazingly Arvin and his team were able to get the job done. He would finish projects weeks in advance of promised deadlines saving us lots of money in carrying costs. And every person we sold the homes to all commented on his quality of work.

His quotes are incredibly fair and he never takes advantage. During the first few projects we took multiple bids and his were always the best considering what we were looking for. He now is the only person we go to for home remodels and have recommended him to all of our family and friends. This past year he has worked on our our own place which was a bit of a fixer upper and turned it into our dream home. He is incredibly easy to deal with, always available and always willing to work with you. I have never met anyone more attentive and more willing to give you his time in this business.

The best part about Arvin and the whole team at ARKA builders is their commitment to you as the client and your happiness. Sometimes during a remodel something doesn't work out as you planned and you want to make changes mid-project. He is so willing to help and work with you on these changes. He never leaves you hanging. He always comes back and will not leave until you are completely satisfied.

You hear horror stories about people and their contractors. Once they get paid they leave you and don't come back to fix or take care of things that may break down. Although rare that we have needed anything to be fixed after a project, ARKA builders has always come back in EVERY instance and helped take care of anything that needed to be fixed, even after payment was made. That shows that they are committed to the client and take pride in their work.

Of perhaps the greatest value is that they are trustworthy and honest. In all of our projects, and in our own home, he has the keys to our place with many of our valuables at home. Because he works with his family and team members that have been with him for years, everyone is accounted for and incredibly trustworthy. We have never had to worry about hiding valuables or locking up items as we have full trust in him and his team.

On top of the high level of professionalism, Arvin and his whole family are genuinely good people. He literally feels like a part of the family now. Never again will I go to another person for any of my home remodel or contracting needs. Do yourself a favor and stop looking for anyone else. Arvin is your guy and ARKA builders is your team!
