Was to call before showing up, said that they did many times and our house nor mobile shows calls. Showed up unannounced. Do not use this company.

Very poor service from start to finish. My wife called on Monday to schedule for Wednesday afternoon. We finally called them at 4:30 Wednesday to see if they we coming. We were told ""oops, I didn't get you on the schedule."" Ok, so rescedule for Thursday, typical sometime between 1 and 5 scheduling. They show up at 3:30 and decide at 4:30 they can't finish the job that day because ""it's too humid, the glue won't dry."" I can't believe this is the first humid basement they've come across so I don't know why that wasn't factored into their timing. The owner said he'd be back right after lunch the next day, Friday. I had to call them again at 4PM on Friday, only to be told he was in Wichita and would be on his way to our house soon. Finally at 5:30 Friday, after 3 days of dealing with them, the work was done. Ruined our plans for the afternoon with our daughter who was in town. Then, we had to clean up the mess he left behind when he rushed out the door with our check in hand. I can't suggest this company to anyone. I just hope the work he did holds up.

The water softener in our rental home stopped working a few months ago. The homeowner was in town over the holidays & looked at it. A part was broken, & he told me to call the company on the sticker (Ark Valley Plumbing). He said to have them either send him the bill, or I should deduct it from the rent. I called the company & set up an appointment for a repairman to come by on a Friday. I was told that someone would call 15-20 minutes before the repairman was to show up. Later in the day Ark Valley Plumbing called & said there had been a ""scheduling problem"" & asked if someone could come by the following Tuesday; I said yes. I was told the time would be between 8:30 & 9:00 a.m. As of today, no one from Ark Valley Plumbing has called or shown up. Truth be known, there probably wasn't any ""scheduling problem"". Stay away from this company!
