Called first thing in the morning, and Dave said he would have someone out between 1-4 pm. after about 30 minutes, they actually called and said they were on their way. Couldn't have asked for better service, and the 2 guys who did it were great too. They saved my holiday weekend

I woke up to my toilet not flushing. The water kept rising. There was gurgling coming from all the showers and sinks. We called Brownies they said someone will call us back. Seven hours and no call. There truck was in our neighbourhood but the driver said we were not on his list. I call ARK septic and they said we will be there in two hours. first, there might be some name confusion with this business and another A R K business. both are amazing... how great is that ?... double down ! twice as nice. this ARK is the septic company. the other is a plumbing company. again, both are a blessing by their honesty, quality, cooperation... and THAT is pricele$$. i recently have needed both. these ARK guys did the tank pump out and i recommend them highly. every three or four years, pump it out, and it will last longer than your car. if you wait 'til your lawn is wet and smells, big money bro. now, with maybe five local SEPTIC sucker trucks ( other pumper dumpers ) these guys are #1 in the #2 end of business, so, no need to use the others because the cost is never more or less than 10% between 'em. vote with your dollars. tips are always welcome.
