Don't use ARK. They over charged me for a blocked sewer job that was not complete. When I asked them to come finish the job, they wanted to charge me more. They said they would stand behind their work, but only for more money.

The first install left a totally loose faucet. It never improved and it is quite legal to enlist a credit card company for assistance in a dispute. Threatening to place a lien on a home before knowing the outcome of the bank's investigation are irresponsible bully tactics. It is much better to make the public aware of how far Ark has fallen as we were long time customers.

This is not a comment about the technician. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. I called about a leaky outdoor hose faucet that was causing damage to an indoor wood floor. This was on Friday. The plumber came and said after glancing at the faucet that he would need to do the repair on Monday because he didn't have supplies on his truck. He gave an estimate of nearly $800. I politely declined and I was charged $80 for a """"dispatch fee"""". So I was charged $80 to find out ARK Plumbing sent a plumber who wasn't equipped to do the job he was called to do, and the repair would cost WAY more than the reasonable rate. If they were not planning to do the job, I should not be charged a dispatch fee. I have to wonder if the outrageous $800 estimate was intended to collect $80 for zero work, which isn't a bad profit.

So to sum it up I just paid $555 for a 12 min gasket change on my shower faucet. The plumber that came to the house was professional and pleasant and does not set the prices however a standard rate of $ 555 for something that didn't even take an hour is ridiculous. Don't use ARK. They are a complete rip off.

If you don't want too spend $650 an hour on a minor outside faucet repair, I highly recommend you look elsewhere!

The company and employees are courteous, professional, and efficient. They were a random pick which paid off. They came out during two ER situation, the pricing was given up front, and they backed up their work with a guarantee, which they fulfilled. In this world, these days, needing a mechanic, plumber, etc., you just don't know if you're going to get $@&(ed! Ark Plumbing is a great company!!!

Called for service on a Sunday and the technician showed up the same day within the specified time. The technician was courteous, professional and quickly diagnosed our problem with a tankless water heater.

This company came out to my home around 9-10pm and spent 4-5 minutes at my house to tell me that it will be $700 to remove a simple clog. They did not put forward an effort to find the cleanout at the side of my house. He told me my house was built without a clean out which did not sound right to me being a 2017 Home. The following morning another company came out and located my cleanout and quickly resolved my clog for ONLY $220 in total. ARK plumbing refused to refund me even half of the $150 fee for driving out and spending 4 minutes of their time at my home to give me a ripoff rate. The company tired to take advantage of me at a vulnerable moment, not having any plumbing available in my home to shower use the restroom etc. for the night. Thank god I was mindful enough to wait for the following morning to confirm if they were being honest with me or trying to make a ton of money on me. Can you imagine how many people fall for this and will OVER PAY for the companies benefit?! Not cool!!

After coming in to review what needed to be done,said they would give a quote by the next day. Never heard from them again after numerous tries to reach out to them. Do not recommend. Not professional.
