Troy D.I waited for 5 hours for our appointment because he just said ""I'll be there in the morning"". Called him and he said ""I'm not driving in the snow"". The roads had a very light dusting, but even if that's true, why not call and tell me? He said he would call me first thing the next morning since I had plans later in the day. Never heard back from him.
Very disappointing a company has no cares for their customers. Would not recommend to anyone.
