They broke our heating system. It quit working properly after they worked on it. They returned to fix it, then sent us a bill for thousands of dollars to fix what they had broken! Then they charge high interest rates on the ridiculous bill while its in dispute. Sounds like this is a pattern for this company.

I have used ARK Plumbing and Heating twice. They seem to know what they are doing and are friendly enough but I don't like how they do business. Specifically they did not advise me of their rates until I ask and failed to mention I will be charged for travel, picking up materials and even charges for billing me. When I had a disagreement about being billed for time they spent trying to fix something THEY BROKE they refused to make any adjustment and charged me for interest while we disagreed. If it was not for my help (I am an engineer) they would have spent much longer trying to find the problem THEY caused and I found and fixed.
