These people are crooks. They come out and give a verbal estimate of $2600 and we contact them to do the service and they give us a written bid of $4200. Do not ever use these crooks. They up charge 5 days later, almost double the price... DO NOT USE THEM

Terrible customer service, took over a month to fix some simple plumbing issues, had to come back multiple times with BS excuses about having to order parts. never showed up on time and I always had to call to check on their status after they were hours past their window. One time I called to find out that they weren't coming. Left a mess and never cleaned up after themselves. Half ass service all the way. Will be filing a complaint with home warranty company.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!!!!!! ARK Plumbing is awful. When the plumber arrived he asked what the issue was. I told him that we had water leaking into the garage. I told him that I think it came from the tub, and that we hadn't used the tub since then, just in case. He looked up said that the overflow valve connection looked old and it needed to be replaced and then he started to leave. After 3 minutes, no troubleshooting, he tried to leave. I asked him if wanted to see the drain or the tub or do any testing? He frowned and said ok. He came upstairs, turned on the tub and splashed some water towards the overflow valve and then asked if I had a screwdriver because he wanted to check the overflow valve. I went and got one. He tried to tighten the valve. He then walked back down to the garage. He said the pipes were fine because no water was leaking. I asked how he could be sure and offered my ladder so that he actually get a close look at the pipes. He said that the didn't need to look at the pipes, he was sure that it was the seal between the overflow valve and the tub. He said he tightened the overflow valve and that we would be ok in the short term and that the would order a new seal and that someone would be back out to install it.

He was at my house maybe 15 minutes. He tried to leave after 3 minutes. I had to convince him to walk upstairs and look at the tub. His test was to splash water towards the overflow valve. He had to borrow my screwdriver. He didn't want to climb the ladder to look at the pipes. He was sure it was the seal. He told me that he would order one and that someone would come out to install it. I was very unimpressed with his level of customer service. If I gave his customer service a grade, I would give an ""F"". He showed no interest in solving the problem, he avoided answering my questions, and his only goal was to leave as soon as possible.

After I hadn't heard anything for several days, I called ARK Plumbing. I left a message. No response, I called again a few days later and left another message. I called a third time and someone answered. I explained the situation to the woman that answered the phone, she said that the file stated that a seal was not needed and that only the valve needed to be tightened. I explained that the plumber onsite told me something different. She puts me on hold for a while and comes back and states that she just talked to the plumber and that he never recommended a new seal. I explained to her that the plumber told me something different and that he displayed very poor customer service while at my house. The lady on phone then laughed at me and said that I wasn't getting a new seal and that the valve only needed to be tightened.

This is a horrible plumber DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

These guys are the bomb! They have come out for my home warranty more times than I can count for various issues. I honestly see them more than my relatives. They have fixed and replaced toilets, disposal, faucets and a hot water heater. I am always excited when my home warranty assigns me to this company as they are fast, professional, fair and thorough. As a bonus, they are super clean. I really appreciate their honesty thoroughness and expediency. I highly recommend this company.

ARK was assigned through my home warranty (First American). As others have also posted, I was advised I needed $400 worth of modifications which the warranty company doesn't cover. Had three other vendors come out and they all said it's a standard install and they have no idea why I'd be getting charged extra.
When contacting first American for cash out option to use my own contractor, I was advised they would only pay me $516 which is their cost for the water heater and also includes what they would pay ARK for the install.
Just my opinion but it now seems to make sense...seems like ARK is trying to get extra from me under ""modifications"" because they aren't getting a reasonable amount from First American.

These guys are know they're stuff and priced right! I made the mistake of calling one of the rescue rooter guys. Guy used a hand snake and tried to charge 300 then tell me it needed more. Had to wait 2 days for an appointment from these guys but it was well Worth it. The rescue guy wanted to take my whole toilet off, these guys knew to just take the access off in the shower and snakes it that way. In and out faster then it took the first guy to tell me he had to charge more. I got a trainer trainee team and they rocked it. Explained everything, fixed it and left the bathroom looking nice. This will be my plumbers from now on for sure

Very bad service and dishonest,the told me you need to change all the Toilets in the house and they told insurance company there is no Mechanical faller and after waiting 3 weeks other plumer came and fix the problem
