I want to thank ARK plumbing for their quick reply on my emergency sink catastrophe. They sent out a guy named PJ who showed up and took care of business. He cleaned our pipes and I saw no plumbers crack!

Garbage company. The person answering the phone is rude, their technician is even worst. They make me pay the service fee before accessing the problem and didn't provide a receipt. In addition, they claimed with First American Insurance that I didn't pay them the $75 service fee. Called First American and they told me ARK is not obligated to collect the fee... wtf?? The technician left a huge dirty mess at my house that I have to clean up after they left.
Don't ever use ARK if there are other options.

Worst plumbing company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Unfortunately First American Home Warranty assigned them. Don't show up on time, won't call before they come to let you know they're on their way, orders the wrong part, then won't work with you on trying to find a time that works. Waited over a month & still not fixed. People that answer the phone are beyond rude, including the owner! Save yourself time, $$ & a huge headache by NOT using this horrible company.

I'd recommend this company highly as we used them through our home warranty company, so they were assigned to us, and it worked out that we were completely satisfied.
What I liked the most was the communication from the office staff. They admittedly had a situation arise that did effect our service, but they came clean and rectified the situation immediately. We were overall so impressed with the final outcome of the job. I would call them again if I had a plumbing problem.

Called Ark Plumbing as a recommendation from a friend. They were called to fix some items at my elderly dad's house. Art was the one that came to the call. Oh my heavens! Nicest man on the planet! He went above and beyond what I have seen in other plumbing companies. I WILL be using them, in particular asking for Art, for any future plumbing needs. Thank you, thank you!

So the common theme here is ""the woman on the phone"" who claimed her name was heather which is probably a lie. She was so rude and disrespectful that it's going to cost this company a lot of business, and if she is the owner, then the company won't be around because she's the reason for this bad review. She kept saying ""I did you a favor by squeezing you in"" when I would ask for an ETA because the tech wasn't there and I had to go back to work. It was over the time they had told me. Finally I told her to stop saying she did me a favor and she said ""well next time I'll make you wait"" that's not how to talk to a customer. Cancelled the appointment and would rather wait and give my business to someone who deserves it, instead of someone being rude and disrespectful towards me

ARK are my main people to call anything plumbing related. I run a property management company and they are on time, knowledgeable, and I recommend them to everyone.

Garbage. ""Plumber"" came out to my house 2 hours past the service window.
We had a slow leak (over many years) that rotted out our floors that we discovered while remodeling. This guy puts his ear to our bathroom faucet pipe and says ""nope you don't have a leak - I can hear it!"" Haha are you freaking serious? LOL I've paid pool leak detection thousands of dollars for a larger leak and it took them hours to find using sound equipment and gas detection!
Then he says he doesn't have the equipment but will ""write a report"" and have his boss give us a report. Took some pictures from his phone. Never heard back from him again. Got a bill from them. You have got to be kidding - other reviews are correct this company is a joke. Maybe they have some good plumbers on their team. But they also certainly have bad ones.
My contractor ended up finding the leak and fixing it.

Terrible service. No follow through. Left us hanging with a leaking sink for over a month. Elana (customer service rep who handles first american warranty cases) does not return calls and is extremely rude if you ever reach her. Stay away from this plumber. @firstamerican you should stop working with this vendor. They are a disgrace

We got service by this plumbing company through our First American Home Warranty. The assigned plumber was very nice (Alex) but had to comeback to fix the toilet problem because one was still running and the other one still overflowed. The toilet was backing up and overflowing when we washed our dishes in the kitchen sink and continously gurgled.
The plumber stated, and in fact showed my husband how-to, snake the main drain. He said he could run a camera to check it, but couldn't b/c his boss would not let him.
When I spoke to ARK, the woman in the office changed the plumber's story about what the problem is and kept stating I need to file another claim. Sounds like they run a very untrustworthy business. She advised me to just let the water overflow and when they see it for their own eyes, they will fix it. We shared video and photos, and they still said it needs to overflow in front of their eyes in order to fix it. I recommended for them to take ""5 DUMPS AND A SHOWER"" and experience the overflow as I have for the past week. I also asked what to do about the running toilet?... they said to file the fixed order for the water district to reimburse what ever adds up on our bill - very SIMILAR to other YELP reviews. She also told me to tell my son he will need to courtesy flush and use less toilet paper ----- giving me advice without snaking the drain???????
I have never worked with such a terrible company and will warn every YELP user not to use this company. There are many other plumbers, please do yourself a favor and hire someone else!
BTW - shout out to Mary and First American Home Warranty for helping me get another plumber to snake the drain!!!!!!!!
