Shelia G.I love this company!!! I got three quotes on a rehab house that I recently purchased and Ark-LA-Tex Foundation Solutions came in the lowest and provided outstanding work. What I like best about the owner, Chase, was that he was honest and told me that my home did not have to be leveled. You see I own a 1950 pier and beam home that was structurally sound but wasn't level. Chase told me that as long as the structure was sound the house did not have to be leveled because most pier and beam houses have some degree of unleveing. My plan with the house is to fix it up and rent or sell it so I wanted it level before we continued with the rest of our projects. As a Realtor I work with a lot of contractors, Chase is a great resource that I will continue to tap into for my personal projects as well as for referrals to my clients.
