Called to schedule an estimate for an AC replacement. Unfortunately I am out of their service area but I was so impressed by the professionalism of Tanya that I felt the need to write a review. It's a wonderful surprise when someone takes the time to provide assistance when they already know they aren't able to serve you personally or sell you anything personally. She gave me some great information and advice, which she certainly didn't have to take the time to do, and I really appreciate it. Seems like a company with a lot of integrity.

Had a good experience yesterday with Dustin from Dukes. Price for service call was a few bucks less than a couple competitors I called. Also female who took my appointment seemed knowledgable.

Came out to do normal service on two residential units. One was also not blowing cold air. The problem was pretty obvious with a mice nesting issue and he was able to rewire in less than an hour. The price of re-wiring was what I expected. He also added pvc around wires for future protection.

It's the first time I've ever had to use AC service in AZ and I was satisfied. He never tried to up-sell or feed me a line of crap about other services I didn't need. Honest and straight to the point means I'll be using them again for any problems. Good job.

AZ Dukes of Air really is the best! I had a house for sale that I needed an estimate for HVAC repair from the buyers inspection, one item of which was an unknown cost. Tonya sent the estimate over that day and they had a repair person at my house the following day. They went through the list of items and it turned out the ""unknown"" was a simply an undercharged system. They added a few pounds of refrigerant to get the system in top shape and it was all very reasonable, we had budgets hundreds more for the HVAC system service.

Thank you Duke's for being quick to respond and not trying to sell a bunch of unnecessary work.

Over the holidays we noticed our AC unit smelled like it was burning coming through the return vents.

It was about 11:00PM at night so we called Tonya said she will have someone out within an hour. I initially called them because when looking up AC repair companies for my rental in Gilbert I noticed their yelp reviews. I didn't have to call them then since the New ac unit that was put in by another company at my rental finally fixed a problem that took them 2 weeks to figure out (larger return vent).

That same company put this unit in 3 years ago as (new) and John came out and told me that they never sealed the AC unit. He showed me pictures of their shoddy work and laziness. Since it was not past midnight John said he will have Tonya call me Monday to schedule one of his techs to come out and fix/seal the unit properly to get rid of the smell.

Tonya called me Monday and had a tech their same day. I wasn't there so I didn't catch his name but my wife said the tech was there for well over 3 hours (meaning he made sure it was thoroughly fixed ) and fixed everything to perfection. There is now no other AC repair company that I would call before calling John/Tonya and their team.

I actually felt bad taking so long to write this review because how impressed I was and since this happened right before xmas. But I knew I had to come here and right one since its what got me to call them and it helped me find a quality company like ADOA.

Retuned home from vacation to find our AC unit not working. Contacted Dukes of Air, and they arrived in less than 15 min and quickly repaired our AC unit! Great company!

Our experience getting a new AC/Heater was really great! Having had several negative experiences with home repair/improvement businesses, a wasn't looking forward to meeting to get AC bids. Duke's technician Dustin did an excellent job inspecting the attic, home, and offering an ac that was right for our budget and ended up beating the other estimate. No pressure whatsoever. Robert and Adam installed everything in one day and were friendly and interested in doing an excellent job. At the end Robert took a look around and made sure the wood floors were clean.

I love the unit! It's quiet, responsive, and heats the house more evenly.

The word that I have for this business is integrity. Thanks to Dustin, Robert, Adam, and John. I will definitely recommend you to friends/family.

I will recommend Arizona Duke's of Air to everyone that has heating and cooling needs. Our technician was Robert, he was friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Find the problem, fix it, and make recommendations. We will use them for all our needs in the future

Wonderful experience, better than we could have hoped for. Friends we've referred to this company feel the same. We joined their maintenance plan and were blown away by the customer service and how thorough the check up was. I was so nervous about the bad rep AC companies have -- I wouldn't chance going with anyone else, we hope Dukes of air is around for a long time!

Unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and terrible customer service are words and phrases that you will NOT find in this review.

I just got my condo about a month ago, haven't even made a mortgage payment on it yet when my heater blew out the day after Christmas. After seeing the good comments and ratings of these folks on Yelp, I called them up and was glad that I did. Not only were they polite and respectful of my situation, they were also personable and well informed of their trade. John took multiple pictures of what was wrong and what happened to my unit, as well as offered suggests and other insights as to how to avoid things like this from happening again. Will definitely be making this company my go to for my heating and cooling needs.

I'm happy to continue this company's 5 star review history. Not only were they able to schedule us in the day after I made my call, but they identified the problem and replaced what needed to be replaced at a really good price. I even asked if I was better off replacing the entire unit. The service tech could easily have said yes and taken my money, but he didn't. I let Arizona's Dukes of Air know that I would be using them exclusively from now on.
