I would not make Arizona VIP my first call for service. We had a leaking water softener tank after hours. They did not have a technician to send, even though they advertised emergency after hours services. Owner said she was confident they had the parts to fix it the following day and scheduled us for service. Technician showed up in the morning and had no idea how OR if they could fix it. We were to wait for another technician later in the day, time unknown. In the meantime, we fixed it ourselves by tightening the top! Called back to cancel the repair service. At first the representative said she would keep our call on file in case we needed service. Then she called me back a few minutes later and said we owed the service call fee. Ummm, they didn't fix anything! In fact, they just wasted our time with someone who didn't know anything. If they consider that a service warranting a charge, then that's a company I will not use again! They had good phone response - but not the actual repair part of the problem. I need action, not just talk...

I had an issue with my garbage disposal. Arizona VIP Plumbing responded quickly and showed up on time. They charged a fair price and left my kitchen cleaner than how they found it. They for sure have my business in the future.

Trever, Ryan, Shawna and the owner Billy are top notch!! We're customers for life! They did our whole house plumbing, the water heater, the RO system and then a whole house water softener. They are the best workers that we've had work on our house!! They're over-the-top ethical, nice, thorough and explain everything. I've worked with a lot of plumbers in my prior work and these guys know what they're talking about and what they're doing!! 100% I will refer them without hesitation. Thank you VIP Plumbing!!

I can highly recommend you NOT to use this company.

After months of telling me the county would not allow for the replacement of the tank alone, we agreed to have a new system installed. The go ahead order was in April 2023. We did not get revised estimate until May. Then blame assigned to county again for delay on getting percolation test. Finally, a perc. test was done. Then revised plan needed approval again. Permit granted by county on June 27th, but tank not set until July 27. Then rest of work did not commence until late August after a series of excuses. The worst of it was the tone of the email:

""Exciting news. We started the project today. We are anticipating inspection Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. As long as everything continues to go smoothly we do not see any reason why it will not be ready for Labor Day Weekend for you to enjoy.""

I almost barfed. ""Exciting News""?? Excuse me this work was indeed promised to be completed a long time ago, and you want me to be excited at your delays and excuses? Yeah not so much.

Again, I can highly recommend NOT to use Arizona VIP Plumbing.

Didn't do what they said they would do. Bid included a drain pan, final job and invoive, no drain pan.
