Todd P.They wanted me to pay them to drive out to Marana for a free estimate on $10-12K worth of work. Don't waste your time. When I called and spoke to the manager, he was also very rude. They obviously do not work to earn your business. I will not use them or even call them again.
Lynne B.My sewage ejector pumps were not working. The Arizona Professional Plumbing plumber took SEVEN (7!!) hours at $95/ hour (over $600!!!) to check out the pumps (which are quite small and have only two moving parts, the floats) and declare that NOTHING was wrong with the plumbing, the problem was electrical. (And that did NOT count the $175 I paid to another company to empty the tank.) The electrical contractor figured out the problem and fixed it for $305.
I wish I could give them negative stars.
