We have used this company three times once on Christmas Eve -drain backed up 2016 they charge $175 at 7pm.
We called again a year later same drain same problem. They can in. They went out to truck and quoted $220. I questioned. Let me see what we can do. Came back in $125. May of this year I initialed the $59 ""diagnostic fee"". (It is a clogged drain!!! Dahhh). Went out to truck came back at $350. Showed them canceled check from 2017 (really who uses checks anymore luckily I did) went out to truck. Came back and told me well if u leave me a wonderful review I can do the job for $99 + diagnostic fee.
Be care and be wise if you contact them. The m-o 2 x's was to make a phone call in vehicle and do me a huge favor. All three times it was the same sink the same clog. I understand increases but this is a racket in my opinion. And that is Yelp is a place to leave feedback. I struggled for 3 months on leaving a good review or no review. I felt this was the fakest thing. Tell everyone who reads this to beware of the 1st price quoted. At least get them out to their truck to get u a better price. Better yet another plumber. Let me know when u find a good one. I won't use AZ PLUMBING SERVICE AGAIN

I had a kitchen faucet replaced and Arizona Plumbing Services did the install. I am very particular as to how the faucet is placed and Shawn listened to my concern. Overall I was very pleased with Shawn and his ability to do the job. Thank you Shawn.

I had them come out to take a look at my leaking water heater. They said that since it was Sunday they would charge me 50% more but if I waited until Monday the price would be cheaper. So I waited. Then they come out on Monday and took literally 30 seconds to look at my water heater then quoted me $2300 to replace it with the same model. I declined. Got another licensed company to do it (exact same model) for $1100. I can't believe they wanted $1200 more! Seems scammy to me. Oh and by the way, Arizona Plumbing charged me $59 for their ""yup it needs to be replaced"" 10 minute assessment.

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance for between 9-12. On the day of service called them at 11am to confirm the plumber was still scheduled. Was told they had parted ways with their residential plumber and would try to get someone out but may need to reschedule for another day.

I understand things can happen, but the lack of proactive outreach just isn't acceptable. They should have called to advise they had staffing issues.

Very disappointed.

I had a very serious plumbing problem in the bathroom of my master bedroom today (Sunday). I called Arizona Plumbing Services because I remembered them from my workplace. I also have heard our controller say what a great job they always do when my company needs plumbing services - even in emergencies.

Thody I had the emergency and it was at my home! The toilet in our master bathroom was leaking so much after flushing that my young son ran up the stairs to tell me our ceiling was leaking too and that water was even coming down through the columns which support our top and bottom floors.

After I spoke to someone very pleasant from their emergency dispatch team, a plumber named Johnny appeared at my door in less than an hour. Johnny was amazing! He was not only professional but it was clear that he was a master-plumber. I expected a good plumber from this company knowing their work from my work, but Johnny exceeded all expectations!

He explained everything that he discovered was wrong very clearly and concisely along with providing me an estimate before he ever started the repair. He had all the tools and replacement parts necessary already on their company truck, so there was no wasted time getting parts from some other company like Home Depot. He just got to work and didn't mind at all that I was watching him and asking questions. He also didn't try to up-sell me for any other services. Johnny focused on the job at hand and after I approved the very reasonable estimate, began the work as did an amazing job!

I was very impressed with him and with Arizona Plumbing Services. I never thought I'd be taking the time to rave about a plumbing company but in my experience, Arizona Plumbing always sends plumbers just like this one - always knowledgeable, always professional and always honest. The other thing that people need to realize based on my experience is that they always complete their work without needing to call them back a second time. They do it right the first time!

I am happy to recommend Arizona Plumbing Services with my fullest confidence for any commercial or residential plumbing issue or need.

They've always taken good care of my company and now my home for the past ten plus years!

Thank you all very much for being there on a Sunday when I needed you most!!

They came when no one else would. 4 kids and a single mom were very grateful. If I had read this review I would never have called first and foremost because of the hours posted in yelp. Gary came on a Sunday evening at 7 pm. Who does that? Someone who cares. I called 12 plumbers. Gary had 4other jobs in front of mine. He kept me posted and he came! Thank you!

For an ""emergency based"" service, they had taken almost two days to fix the problem in our apartment complex... Two. Days. Are you telling me that the bathtub literally spewing up feces from backup is not an emergency? No one can take showers or even use the toilets (also backed up!). The apartment smells too. I can understand they're busy, but when you tell management you'll be there within a certain time frame, you stick to it. It's currently 4PM and they barely fixed it. This company said they would be on-site within three hours.. at 10AM. Even giving them an extra hour, that's unacceptable. Maybe they work faster for solo customers, heck if I know, but it looks like those people are dissatisfied too. They really need to learn time management and professionalism.

EDIT: The plumber came by to make sure everything was finally in working order. He was unnecessarily sassy. We asked why it happened (not the first time it was backed up like this), and he went into a spiel of ""we're the only creatures who use the bathroom in their homes and use toilets so duh"".. Not what we asked, but thanks for the condescending lesson about humans. Could've just explained the pipes, or hell, even a ""it just happens once in a while"" would've been better.
