still waiting for refund it is now february 26th..they continue to mislead.. i called amx..they never authorized a refund.. bad company..how can you trust them to do a job if they cant find the leak and they lie about sending a refund.. stay away from them.

Was using water more than usual so I called plumbing masters for help, 2 men showed up and told me I had a slab leak and I needed to call their recommended leak detector and were going to charge me $755 to do this. They were standing right next to the water softener and did not think about checking it out or anything. Called AZ Leak Detection on Thursday and were here next day. Brenden was here 3 minutes and said he sees small leak at water softener. After making sure there were no other problems he determines this is the problem. AZ Leak Detection saved me a lot of money. Definitely call them before anyone else, thanks guys

Called about my pool level always being low and not tracking with my Jacuzzi water loss. After trying to figure out it myself I called Arizona Leak, they were are able to get to me the same day. I had prepare myself for the worst case scenario like a crack or something crazy expensive as it turns out after they isolated all my equipment it was just a defective Jandy valve deal allowing water to bypass into my backwash line to the sewer.
Thanks for the quick service and honest repair and I will definitely use your service again if needed.

This company is HORRIBLE. Stay Away. We needed a clean out drain located on our property. We called, explained this to the person who answered phone and they quoted $200. We scheduled as we were desperate with no toilets or showers working properly. 2 guys showed up, needed to get on our roof (had no ladder), needed to use ours and then found no clean out. The tech then DROPPED HIS PANTS AND TOOK A LEAK IN OUR BACKYARD!!!! Not exactly the leak detection we were looking for, but that I have on camera. With children in the house, I could have him prosecuted for indecent exposure. They then tried to charge us $250 for nothing. I informed them we were quoted $200 and they said they would discount it for that amount. I paid and called the manager. A woman, I don't remember her name answered and said she was the manager. I informed her of what happened and she did not seem very concerned at all. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was credited. They are so unprofessional.

LOVE the new owners of this company!! Amazing customer service. Showed up on time, specialist that looked for our pool leak was professional and efficient. Charges were very reasonable for my needs. Should the need arise, I will do business with them again any time.

Had them come out to help me find a leak with my swimming pool. I was impressed with how fast they were at locating the leak. The price was reasonable, and they even fixed the leak after they found it. I was pretty happy I did not have to call another company and go through that whole process.

If ONLY I had read these reviews first!!

Alex came out and looked at my hot tub for maybe 5 minutes (didn't take anything apart) and concluded I in fact, did NOT have a leak, but a few minor things needed to be fixed (a rubber 0-ring, a rubber nipple on the PVC pipe in the storage closet). He said he could come out the following week and fix it for another $225.

So, when I went to pay for this inspection, he charged me $225. I replied, ""Wow, that's expensive, you didn't even do an actual leak detection. Do you normally charge the full price of a 1.5-2 hour leak detection just for a diagnosis?"" and he looked at me and said, ""Yep."" So I went ahead and ran the credit card, and when he left, I decided to call, and I spoke with Gayle through the main number.

After talking with her a bit, she told me that if someone comes out, doesn't take anything apart, and there is in fact NO leak and it turns out to be something else, they only charge $99. I told her what happened, and she didn't seem too concerned, she seemed a little confused. Since she didn't even know how to handle the situation, I just had to order her around and take charge since she clearly couldn't. I told her to only charge my credit card the $99, (in the end, she really did only charge me $99) and that she needs to speak with Alex, and he needs to lower the price of the repairs or I'm going somewhere else. $225 for a few rubber parts (he even told me I could get them at Leslie's Pool Supply and Home Depot) and a little bit of labor? That's ridiculous.

I later called back and she told me he would only charge me $175. I cancelled my appointment.

The fact of the matter is - HE LIED TO MY FACE. HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME ($126 worth) and if he did it to me once, he would sure as hell do it to me again.

Gayle told me these guys are sub-contracted out, so they make a percentage of their services. OF COURSE THEY DO, no wonder he effed me over.

NEVER trust these people. They are over-priced and most importantly, DISHONEST and will screw you over!!! They don't even deserve 1 star. They deserve 1 middle finger.

Got them from Angie's list where they have a great Rating. Should have checked Yelp first. They have been out Three times and I still have leaks. They seem nice and all but two trips should have been enough to fix the issues. After reviewing my itemized receipt I noticed that my wife over paid them, and we are having difficulty in getting them to refund me an over payment. They want to send a new invoice that matches what they were paid, because their itemized receipt was ~$200.00 less than what we paid. The owner John, made several excuses looking for way not to pay me. In my last conversation with him he said he would email me a new invoice and hung up.

Ask them for an itemized receipt if you choose to deal with them out. If they refuse to do this, don't have them to do the work. Or call someone else.

Pool was substantially leaking requiring immediate attention. Only company willing to come following day. Found and fixed leak (main drain) for reasonable price. Highly recommended.
