I was so dreading having my house repiped because of polybutylene . Az Integrity was doing work at a neighbor's house and 2 people that had seen their work called and told me to go check it out. Amazing..clean, neat, no mess anywhere and the minimal number of holes in the walls was astonishing. Called up Kelly and he gave me a price over the phone but would verify when he got to my house. Then when he got here he gave an estimate of $600 lower. I loved this guy. He was so honest and absolutely knew what he was talking about. Where other plumbers had come in with estimates and upwards of 30 holes in the drywall he was able to reduce it down to 1/2 that number. His guys showed up on time and worked diligently and also were experts. Holes were cut and lines in in 2 days. Awaiting a virtual inspection and drywall repairs. You would not know they were here. They have gone way beyond my expectations and would highly recommend this company! And there price was way way lower than any other estimates I had from Tucson plumbers.

We had to have all the water pipes in our house replaced and then the ceilings repaired and painted. They covered our floors in the most meticulous way. I have used plumbers in several regions of the country and several plumbers here in the Valley. AZ Integrity has been an amazing asset for us as homowners. Our home is almost 30 years old with old pipes. We contacted AZIP for repiping and were surprised about the quick response and schedluling. Water was leaking from an exterior pipe on the side of the house. Spoke with Kelly from Arizona Integrity Plumbing and he knew exactly what the problem was over the phone. It was the irrigation pipe and even though we no longer used our irrigation system there was still pressure in the pipe. Kelly suggested that we turn off the water to that pipe and to use wd40 since it was rusted. We took Kelly's advice and presto the water leak stopped. Literally all we had to do was turn a handle and Kelly knew that. He is an honest man and he is the perfect example of why Arizona Integrity Plumbing lives up to their name!

Our home was built in 1948, much of the plumbing has been upgraded but there is still some of the old galvanized pipe. Contacted Arizona Integrity plumbing after we discovered a leaking pipe in our basement, and Jennifer was able to schedule Alex the same day. Alex arrived within several hours and was very professional, competent and was able to figure out an alternative to repair the plumbing without having to tear into walls, saving us thousands of dollars in repairs and inconvenience. They came out in about 2 hours, did a thorough check for leaks and did not find any reasons to do more invasive (expensive, time consuming) work. He sealed up some seams along the tub to help prevent further leaking and charged me less than the quoted service charge. He was friendly and helpful.
