He even pointed out a mistake that was made in the original construction of the house which explained the problems we were experiencing. It was a great experience. It was well worth the money.

I received a call from Delta Mechanical after requesting a quote from Home Depot online for a tankless water heater. The tech that called me started making assumptions about my current electrical panel and stating that it would need to be upgraded in order to install a tankless water heater. When I stated that he didn't know if an installation was possible without seeing my panel he became angry and raised his voice at me. Claiming he was a professional. A professional would not conduct themselves in the manner that he did to a potential customer. He was rude and aggressive. Next, I will be contacting Home Depot to make a formal complaint. Then I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to make a complaint. Great job upsetting a the wife of a lost veteran on memorial day weekend Delta Mechanical.

Ivan from Delta mechanical Arizona Delta mechanical did an excellent job. He was here for not very long and he installed my Hot Water Heater. Everything was"" pro""- Man!!! He also hemove a couple things cause I've been in the hospital. Very nice guy excellent edge job no problems but my water heater through Home Depot. Very happy with the price. Very happy with the price of the installation. I'll go back again and again thank you guys.

I received a text from the company 25 min before he he was scheduled to arrive telling me that he had arrived already. This was good news, I thought, but it was not so, but I called the company to inquire, as I feared he may have gone to the wrong address. He arrived, finally, about 20 min after his scheduled time without excuse or explanation. However, in spite of that, when he arrived, he set to work with professionalism and finished quickly.
