The plumber was excellent, very organized, clean and polite. He was on time and call me before he arrived to let me know he was coming. The scheduler that I talked to on the phone was very good. He was able to get a plumber out here within a couple hours. You couldn't ask for much more than that. He took the hot water heater out, took it down to Home Depot so I could get my credit and waited while they were helping me. Thank you, Dominic.

Technician Hector was outstanding, my kitchen faucet was rusted in in place and he worked to remove the old one smd put in the new one. Even though the old one was tough to take out he demonstrated his professionalism and dedication to get this job well done. Geogi was great despite the issues he encountered due to the size of my water closet being smaller than anticipated. He explained everything that he needed to do and kept me informed of the progress. He cleaned the area he had been working in and hauled the old heater away. He was very friendly and professional. No more cold showers for me!

Don't. Just keep scrolling and call someone else. We only used them because that is who Home Depot Contracted with for our kitchen remodel. (See that review under Home Depot). They flaked out twice, both times I had made sure to be home during that time. The second time they flaked, they sent an email saying they couldn't get ahold of me even though they had called me several times before that day.
Glad they didn't come anyway because the one time they did, the plumber smelled like cigarettes.
I really wanted to give zero stars.

Ivan arrived on time and was friendly and personable. He had all the parts, tools and skills needed to install a new water heater that was replacing an old solar installation. He even took care of a couple of other items he saw that were not quite right. I would be happy to see Ivan again on another job.

We had shopped around before choosing Home Depot / Delta Mechanical to do this service and we're happy we got a good value for quality work.
