Terrible from start to finish. I found Luke on Angi's list, and chose him because he said he could start the project that weekend, but after I paid a deposit Luke told me everything was on backorder for multiple months. Finally got to the installation part nearly 2-months later and Luke was beyond rude the entire time, criticized my home for hours, USED THE N-WORD in my house, charged me additional money the day of, and installed broken parts throughout the bathroom. I complained about the broken parts and he tried to convince me they were not broken. Finally, he said he would replace them and that he would come and replace them. That never happened, he just kept telling me the parts were coming or back-ordered. Best of all he called me about a month after the project was ""done"" to tell me he accidentally used my credit to pay for his health insurance?!?! I would advise hiring a chimp over Luke at Arizona Commerical. Worst and most unbelievable experience of my entire life

Do not use this company!!! I hired them to redo my pebble shower floor because water was leaking into the cement underneath. The repair floor is sloped completely wrong and they broke two tiles and didn't bother to fix them. You can totally see the seems between the 12x12 pebble tiles, and the workers dumped the leftover grout out into the rocks on the side of my building instead of disposing of it properly! There is grout missing in between tiles, grout was splattered all over the ceiling and walls, and they didn't even have a fan or vacuum so they asked to use mine! not prepared, no experience, no ethics, con artists! They were supposed to repair the shower floor this morning and nobody has shown up. I called and have not heard back from a single person! They will take your money and run!!
