Steve came out after we had a leak detection service man attempt to locate our water leak using special equipment. We could hear the sound but had no evidence. Steve took that info and doggedly pursued the case until he found the source of the leak. He kept us informed as he worked, made the repair, and was more than fair on the price, adjusting it from the estimate downward based on the final outcome. He was responsive to our problem and great to deal with throughout the service.

Some bad reviews on these guys here, this was not my experience.
My wife and I found ourselves in a sticky situation with an outside pipe that had broken under the surface. A call from the neighbor while we were out of town and we needed to act quickly. Got a hold of Vicki in the office who was able to get Steve out on site the same day (worked around another job; thank you) and determined the issue, got the water shut off, and scheduled the fix two days later. They came in on time, performed the job as quoted and communicated great. I would not hesitate to use again with one caveat and that is I felt the cost was high and very much quoted off the cuff. I wasn't in a position to find competing bids, nor did I really want to considering this company had gone the extra mile already.
Bottom line, this is a good company, professional, knowledgeable and does what they say they're going to do. I would just be a little cautious and careful with price. If their services are competitive, don't be afraid to use them. Thank you to both Vicky and Steve.

Arizona All Service Plumbing has been a great company to work with! We've been remodeling our house and hired them to re-pipe and add plumbing for a new bathroom. We have been nothing but happy with them from start to finish. Steve, Robert, and Vicki are so helpful and skilled at their trade.
I wanted a local plumber, not one from the valley or who is statewide. I found them on the BBB website and gave them a shot based on their rating and what I read about the company. Their pricing is fair and competitive. They have always treated us with respect and professionalism. Our experience has been one that you don't often see when hiring a contractor for remodel work.
We are very happy that we came across this company and don't have any regrets hiring them. They will continue to be our first choice for any plumbing needs. We strongly recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing work.

Just had this company out to fix a leak under a sink. I told the plumber that only one of the three shut-off valves was leaking and possibly the P-trap for outflow under the sink. They replaced all three that were just put in yesterday and had no problem. I even showed him and pointed it out where the only leaking one was. He said he need to replace the new part. But he did not replace just one he replace all three and proceed to take the new shut-off vales with him. The problem with only one shut-off valve was not tightened enough and had a leaky step up on it. The best part of this whole thing is they left on a leaky step up and put duct tape around it then called the job done and charged us 300 for the whole thing. Plus I had to fix the leak after I returned home.
Maybe at some point they used to have real plumbers their but not anymore.
Please Please do not use this company for your plumbing needs. They will replace things first before doing a simple check of what actually needs to be done and then charge you for it.

Just bought a new (older) home in Prescott. Lots of plumbing upgrades needed. Steve, Austin, and Travis were amazing. Steve, owner, came out and assessed our needs. He did not try to up sell us on anything. As a matter of fact he talked us into what he believed to be a better product and it turned out to be less expensive. Not our experience with other plumbing companies. The three plumbers came out together and in one day, installed a gas tankless water heater, drained and removed the old electric hot water heater, installed two toilets, replaced numerous valves, and removed the old cast iron piping and replaced with PVC.. They cleaned up everything. Really nice honest people who take pride in their work. Will definitely work with them again!

I've used Arizona All Service Plumbing several times since buying my house one year ago, and they have never failed me. They are responsive, hardworking, and watch the bottom line, offering options when available. They are willing to work with you on solutions and always with good humor. Ten stars!

They're the best plumbers in town. They do what they say they're going to do and when they say they're going to do it. They're super-knowledgeable, clean, reasonable and friendly. I recommend them to all my friends and real estate clients.

Late in the evening our kids informed us there was a problem with their bathroom. Upon investigation, discovered hot water on the floor, the adjacent carpet soaked, and sound of running water in the wall behind the vanity. Shut off the hot water and cut a hole in the wall to discover a split in the hot water line. Called AZ All Service at 8:00 am the next morning and they had help at our door by noon. Austin fixed the line in short order. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very professional and the repair was very reasonably priced. Thank you AZ All Service!

They were really great when they took care of some stuff for us so we recommended them to our son. Then the owner charged our son $75 trip fee to and from his house. Talk about price gouging!!! We won't use him ever again!!!

Unlike the other Yelp reviews, I had a WONDERFUL experience with Steve and AZ All Service! I am in real estate and had a large commercial problem that involved 2 properties and 2 new water meters. The water meters crossed the property lines and it was extremely complicated. I had hired 2 other commercial plumbers and BOTH quit as dealing with the City and the permitting was a nightmare. Well, I called Steve and he not only stuck this out but got the job done prior to our deadline to close on the properties. In total it took 19 months (including the 2 deadbeat plumbers), we even had problem tenants that did not allow Steve access but he found a way around them to complete the work. I read our contract, everything was done to the contract requirements, and Steve went above and beyond to get the job done.
