I called for hot water heater repair, and Rich was out the next day. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the issue. Did his repairs and was done in a little more than an hour! We had a garbage disposal problem and called Aristocrat in the middle of an afternoon. The gentleman who took my call promised to have someone out early the next morning, likely between 8:30 and 9:00.

Turns out our ""someone"" (I believe he was the owner's son) arrived a few minutes early. He was courteous and had my problem diagnosed and fixed in a heartbeat. It was a simple fix and required little time, so he gave me a nice break on price. When I thanked him he commented that ""we love this work"" in a way that made me believe that they really enjoy what they do. I like that attitude a lot.

You can bet your life I'll continue to use Aristocrat and I strongly recommend them to anyone needing a plummer.

You can't bet this farther/son duel. They are totally professional, knowledgeable, and sensitive to the homeowners needs. They show up on time, wore their masks being socially conscious of the pandemic and leave everything as clean as when they started. Worth the money for you buck. We recently purchased a new home and wanted the plumbing checked. Aristocrat came out and told me all was okay. They didn't try to up-sell anything. We pointed out a loud clunking noise that was bugging us from the water heater. They moved some plumbing further away from the drywall and some other magic and fixed it quickly.
