Service man had face mask and was very polite. He called ahead and informed me he was on the way. He found two problems and corrected both. Parts & labor charges we reasonable. I highly recommend Aries Plumbing!

Rehabbing a house blah blah blah, galvanized steel pipe broke off right at the valve and valve did not work. Called Aries and was told that someone would be on the way soon. I get a text saying that their van broke down and they won't be out. Might be true, but doubtful, I believe they found out I was in the ghetto and just didn't want to say no so they lied.

So I pay another company to come out to tell me that the t head valve at the street needed replacing so I got quotes from multiple people. I even got one from Aries, and decided to go with them as it was most reasonable I had found at the time.

Came time for payment I gave them my card information around noon. Around 3pm I started getting calls but I didn't look at my phone again for 4 or 5 hours as I was busy. The missed calls and message saying my card information didn't go through. Not sure why they waited hours to run the card and call back anyway.

Whatever so I call back the next day and I'm told that because of the ""games"" they needed full payment up front. I would have paid 100 percent up front if they presented it differently to me.

There's only 2 reasons my card with plenty of money on it didn't work. They took the information down wrong or they failed to hear me say a bunch of times this is a rehab house and they used the rehab house to process the payment.

Before starting the job, the plumber informed me that they charge an hourly rate of $125 (on the expensive side for plumbing, but fine). In just under an hour of work and a $20 T&P valve for my water heater, I was charged a ""flat fee for T&P valve replacement"" of $231 and was made an appointment for my original request of installing a drip pan (estimated over $400 + parts...). I cancelled my future appointment with this company and won't do business with them again. The plumber was nice, but the pricing is a scam. If you disregard this review and book with Aries Pluming anyway, ask to see their ""flat fee"" book before your appointment. It would have been nice to know that I was agreeing to an absurdly high price for a simple service before I committed.

I'm a Realtor and had a client in need of a few plumbing repairs including a new garbage disposal, new toilet and repair of shower mixing valve. I called Aries because they were recommended by a good friend. I explained the circumstances to Rhonda at Aries and she was very knowledgeable, quoted a price over the phone, and scheduled the service call. Jimmy the plumber arrived on time with everything he needed to get the job done. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable, too! Aries is now my go-to plumbing contractor for no muss - no fuss service! Thanks Rhonda and Jimmy for a great experience!

Vernon and his crew have helped me twice now. Unfortunately both houses I have sold have needed significant sewer repairs after inspection. They're prompt, polite, and even worked with my realtor to get into the basement while I was out of town to get the job done. The office staff (Rhonda and Leona) are super friendly and helpful.

Both times I've used them they've come in as lowest bidder and the job has been done exactly as it was described.

The guys at Aries Plumbing did a great job correcting a sewer line issue at our new house. There was a large bush in front of the house and the roots were creeping into the sewer line so we had to get that repaired. Thankfully Aries Plumbing was able to come out, remove the bush and install a new plumbing line and cap. They had to do some digging and figure out the best way to haul away the bush, but thankfully they were able to do that for us!

It took the guys a full day to get the project done, but they did it and they worked hard. It even started to sprinkle when they were working, but they did not give up!

The customer service rep was in constant communication with me prior to the project start date and called to confirm the day before and the morning of. She informed me who would be working at the site and gave me the estimated time frame.

Once the guys arrived they talked me through the project and made sure I understood what was going to happen. I appreciated them taking the time to tell me the details.

I do recommend Aries Plumbing and will use them again if needed (but I hope I don't need to)!

Aries plumbing came in and did the job no one else wanted. My husband and I are adding a full bed and bath on to our home, that required plumping to be piped through our existing house to the addition. After calling around for estimates, and completing multiple bids, Aries plumbing was the only company that responded back with a reasonable price, and immediate availability. The work completed has been exceptional. The crew roughed in the plumbing, and left the areas clean and professional within a few days, and continued to do so when they came back and completed the job.

My husband and I highly recommend this company, and are very pleased to have done business with them.

Wanted to $250(labor only) to replace a kitchen faucet. I went to Lowe's and bought a faucet and had it installed for $200 (faucet+labor).

Also charged us $100 just for coming out to see what's wrong.

Will never use this plumber again.

As we were selling our house, the inspector found a cracked pipe that needed to be fixed. Our buyer moved up the closing date so we were on an EXTREMELY close time frame. Aries was fantastic from start to finish. They quoted us considerably less than a competitor, got the work done within days of our call and even got us a lien waiver to appease the buyers in the meantime. The women who answer the phone were extremely helpful in getting us scheduled quickly and providing all of the needed paperwork. I can't say enough great things about Aries. They were lifesavers.
