----- LONG STORY OF OUR PLUMBING EXPERIENCE BELOW -----

We had a leak in our toilet on the second level bathroom ON A SUNDAY
mid morning -- which then spread water all over the floor and leaked downstairs into the ceilings and down into our garage. We panicked and called multiple plumbers which were fully booked and did not have any technicians available until the next day. This was a BIG UH OH for us. Ariel called us back and left a VM that he was at church but can make time to swing by afterwards. He called us and we explained what had happened. Ariel walked us through step by step on what to do and that this occurs when toilets clog and over flow, however since the water was no longer leaking or clogged, he wasn't needed in-person for this job. We certainly APPRECIATE the honesty and his time to talk to us over the phone and explain to us what we can do to solve the issue.

A month later, we had issues with our kitchen sink clogging on a day that we were hosting many family members and a big meal was to be prepared. We called Ariel on a SATURDAY this time, panicking. Ariel was fully booked that day, so we reached out to other plumbers. A technician came by and gave us a quote for the job and it was definitely a lot of $$$$, a number that we weren't expecting

Thankfully Ariel called us back that afternoon to let us know that one of his clients had canceled and he came by as soon as he was finished with his other job. We learned that our fix was not an easy fix and that it would be an entire day job. Our entire kitchen plumbing needed to be replaced and the former person that did the plumbing had installed the everything going in the wrong direction.

Ariel did what he could to help mediate our situation so that we can still use the sink for that day to host our party. He came back in his next availability and rectified and replaced our entire sink plumbing, including drilling into our dry wall and re-plastering to ensure everything went in the proper direction.

Overall, he did an amazing job! He did not overcharge us, explained every single issue we had and why we were having it. He went above and beyond to help us. OUR SINK NOW DRAINS and MAKES HEALTHY DRAINING SOUNDS.

In addition, Ariel came back the next day on his after work hours to help us install our new sink faucet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WE ARE LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND A RELIABLE PLUMBER THATS A MASTER AT HIS CRAFT. THANK YOU ARIEL!!!!

Ariel so super responsive and was able to make time and come the same day to look at my clogged and leaky kitchen sink. He review the issue and clearly explained what needed to be done and the reason why we constantly had a clogged sink. He was not able to fix it the day of but he was able fix the leak to give us a peace of mind and came as soon as his scheduled free up.

Ariel is the nicest plumber and his prices are fair. He quoted us a cheaper price then another plumber and also went above and behind with the repair job. I cannot thank him enough and I will definitely use his service again. A+

Wow. Ariel has changed our lives. We bought a new washer/dryer 8 years ago and since it was installed it had an extremely loud rattling sound when the hot water was on - i called so many people, plumbers, appliance repair etc - and no one could help me. Some said it was water hammering but bc the washer was in a super tight spot i needed multiple people to help move it - so it was getting very pricey - others would come and say they dont know the issue or its a plumbing issue or plumbers would say its an appliance issue. So as a result we lived with this annoyance for 8 years. Finally someone referred Ariel and I wanted to try one more time to see if something could be done about it - before we look into another machine. From the moment Ariel got here i knew he was our guy - he took the time to understand the issue - inspect the problem, he even creatively figured out how we could pull the appliance out slightly without needing many people - lo and behold after about 30 minutes of troubleshooting he realized it was something clogging the hot water hose- Unbelievable. All these years and it was likely the guys who installed it didn't realize they were causing a clog in the hose. Ariel was super smart, patient and thorough - he is also extremely fair in pricing and he doesn't just want to take advantage of you and make you do unnecessary work just to make money. - i literally teared up when he left. We are so blessed that we found him!!!

Ariel saves the day again! I called Ariel complaining about a earthy smell coming from my crawlspace, sure enough Ariel came out to do a thorough inpection and recommendations on how to proceed. we needed to change out about 50 ft of drain piping under the house. knowing the urgency of the situation Ariel made time on the weekend to come out and get everything up to code and fixed for years to come. Best part of what Ariel does is he is upfront and shows you exactly what he is doing and explains it in great detail. He is a true professional. Ariel for the win! I called Ariel late Sunday afternoon with a sink emergency and with two kids an interruption in water from your kitchen sink is just not possible. He got back to me within minutes. I assumed he wouldn't be able to make it out until the week day, but he opted to come later that afternoon.

He sorted our sink issues. Turns out we were majorly backed up. He snaked the drain and make sure our drains worked better than ever. While he was there, I asked to replace our sink garbage disposal and he did so without flinching.

Ariel has come to our place for various issues over the past couple years. Or maybe a better way to describe it -- he as come to our rescue.

Every time he is here, he is super nice, respectful, conversational... he feels more like family that some of my REAL family.
