We've used Ariel's Plumbing a couple times, and couldn't be happier. The first time, both our bathroom sink and tub were draining slowly. Ariel responded promptly, arrived when he said he would, resolved the issue quickly, and charged a very reasonable rate for his time. In addition, he was very warm, friendly, and easy to work with.

The second time we needed assistance was because the toilet handle wasn't working properly. Once again, Ariel promptly responded. This time, his son, Butch, fixed the issue. Butch was in and out in literally minutes. We were incredibly relieved, because we worried we'd need to replace the handle itself - but Butch said it wasn't necessary. And like Ariel, he was extremely nice and friendly.

We've used other plumbers, but they were exorbitantly expensive and left us quite a mess to clean up. Going forward, we'll always use Ariel's Plumbing!

My building's management called Ariel's Plumbing for a broken shower and they quickly diagnosed the issue and installed a new shower head in less than 1h. Shower now works perfectly! The team was on time (5mins early in fact) and they had great manners. I'd happily ask for this company again for a future plumbing fix.

No complaints. I like supporting a small family business. I appreciate honesty where someone gives you a fair estimate and doesn't beg for your business by undercutting another company. Ariel is proud of the work he does and enjoys good customer relationships. When my hot water heater began to show leakage, I sought out five plumbing companies. I now feel comfortable that I have found a plumber after mistaking seeking handymen, that I can now call when a problem arises. Value is important but trust is more so. I also want to note that Ariel was highly recommended by Excelsior water heater installation when I stated that I had an additional home problem that needed to be resolved.

Got Ariel phone number from a good friend of mine that used his service.
I called him in the morning and he came really fast with his wonderful son Butch. He diagnosed the problem and took care of it quickly.

If you are in need of a reliable plumber in your address book, Ariel is your guy! Hands down the kindest and best plumber we have ever used. No plumbing problem is too big or too small for Ariel. We have had entire pipes replaced under our house after a major leak. In addition to changing the pipes, he cleaned out and sanitized the underneath of the house. We recently had a back up in the shower, who do you call...Ariel. He came right over at a moments notice ON A SUNDAY and fixed our problem in a flash. Thank you Ariel for once again saving the day!
