For all of our family's needs (that equals four different houses in the area) we call Ariel's and have for several years now. He is honest, available, very competent employees in the field, and has outstanding office assistants who manage him efficiently. I can't say enough good things about this man and his company which works for some of the best contractors in La Canada.

His prices are reasonable. His work is top grade. He grew up around Glendale and has my upmost respect and appreciation for quality work. When you need a plumber or electrician it
almost always is an emergency. You can trust him.

I just wanted to say this is 4th time using Ariel's business and it's the largest job to date. He always calls right back, schedules right away, explains things clearly (especially when we know nothing about electrical work!.) We've hired them for both plumbing and electrical work and he always does a great job and sticks to his estimate! Additionally, he hires great people, courteous, hard-working and reliable. We choose to use Ariel's Improvements based upon our neighbor's positive experience.
His water main broke last year and Ariel installed a new copper main from the street
up to the house at a reasonable price. This year, the exact same thing happened to us
(our houses were built the same year so it was just a matter of time...) I had no hesitation
in getting Ariel's information from my neighbor and Ariel came by to estimate the job
that morning and it was all complete 3 days later. I'm very satisfied with their work.

I chose to use Ariel's Improvements based on my neighbor's experience with them last year. My neighbor's water main pipe had burst in our shared driveway. Ariel replaced the 100' run with all copper. At the time I was thinking it will only be a matter of time before mine fails too - both houses were built the same year. One year later and sure enough the exact same thing happened to my water main. Based upon my neighbor's positive experience I had no hesitation in choosing to use Ariel to replace mine too. The work was just completed today and I am very happy with the work they did.

Warning. Hired this company to replace 2 faucet washes on a sink in my master bathroom. Which I should have done myself! They replaced the washers and then proceeded to go under the sink and tighten the faucet which WAS NOT leaking and did NOT need tightening. My husband had shut the water off that morning under the sink and usually you may have a tiny drop of water when doing so. My housekeeper uses cleaning supplies stored under the sink EVERY week and this faucet did NOT leak. But his guys tightened the faucet so tight they broke my faucet and unfortunately I can not just replace the spout I now need to get new fixtures for the bathroom. Upon finding this out Ariel said to me do all your fixtures need to match. Oh really are you kidding me. I told him yes so now it is going to cost me thousands of dollars to replace faucets and fixtures in my shower. Sure I could go to Home Depot and get cheap but sorry I don't do cheap! I prefer top of the line. In my book Ariel gives a lot of lip service.

My tankless water heater wasn't working. My home warranty company sent over a plumber who looked at my water heater and said it was an electrical problem and that I needed an electrician. This plumber was not helpful and wanted to charge me for looking at the water heater. I then called Ariel. I told him my problem, and he said that he did not take care of my particular water heater problem. But then over the phone, he analyzed my problem and told me what was wrong. Before I got off the phone he told me that I could call him on his cell if I had any other questions. With his advice, I was able to fix the electrical problem with my water heater. Ariel was super honest, courteous and helpful.

Ariel and his guys have done electrical and plumbing work for us for many years and have always done a great job. Sometimes they have needed to respond quickly to a problem like an electrical surge we had early on in our current home ownership. They are experienced and efficient, and have always been able to find the problem and fix it. I highly recommend!

Remember, Never Use Ariel's Improvements!!! I have been robbed and don't want others to be cheated. They agreed to do inspection with $200. However, they stopped the inspection in the middle and asked for almost double price. Otherwise they will just take $200 and leave. I have no choice but agreed.
