Thieves. They charge $295 for an assessment, far more than market rate. I needed a bad tankless water heater swapped out that was under warranty, so cost of new heater is free. They never called me after the $295 assessment. For a month I had to keep calling them to follow up for their assessment report. When I finally got the report it recommended a total of $5000 for the labor and a host of plumbing changes to my relatively new system, including a house water filtration system. For another month I repeatedly called asking to engage in a conversation about these $5000 worth of recommendations and my options. I never got a return phone call. You can have a professional opinion, but you took my $295, that entitles me to a professional discussion. You can decide you don't want the job. That's fine, then return my money. So basically they stole $300 and wasted over 2 months that I still have not replaced the hot water heater.

This is by the are the worst plumbing company in the city. Under no circumstance should anyone contact them. We've been trying to get them out to our home to look at a water softener system they installed years ago and every week it's a different excuse as to why they can't come. They were supposed to come today and someone from their office called and told me the part they need has been discontinued so they need to come next week instead. Mind you, they haven't been to our home to diagnose the issue so how they know what part is needed is beyond me. We stopped using them years ago b/c they are not reliable and have the worst customer service. We only contacted them because they installed the system. WORST PLUMBERS EVER!

We had a few toilets repaired and then one replaced, and it was a less than ideal experience. Definitely needs to have their customer service revamped because all calls were hostile and pushy - not to mention when they came in, we didn't appreciate being yelled at in our own home. There's a way better way to communicate with customers. The cherry on top is that we have a toilet paper dispenser drilled into the wall and it was broken at some point during the fix, but someone just placed it on the wall without letting us know, so it was a not-so-great surprise to find today. The toilet was also put in crookedly. Definitely needs work.

I can't give the lowest rating possible because they may actually do good work, but... This place came up on the contractor's list of reputable contractors for a sponsored program - meaning they would definitely get paid for their work with no hassle. I called repeatedly & sent emails requesting their services. The main reason I reached out to them more than twice was their business is literally around the corner!! What a great opportunity to support a business in my community, right? Well, I spoke to their receptionist more than once, who promised someone would call as soon as they came in from the field. Well, suffice it to say no one ever called or responded to my emails. Guess they're just too busy for any new business...

Do not use this guy. He'll quote low and haphazardly finish high. Hate to review negatively but unless you get a quote upfront you'll be in for a ride.

Terrible customer service! This firm was recommended to me by the Village Green Facebook group with mixed reviews. Five stars if they actually showed up and performed the job. But lots of one star reviews for not returning calls, not showing up and just ignoring the job without explanation. I tried very hard to get a quote for a new water heater. Promises but no quote. Scheduled a service appointment after calling three times. Day of service, no call. I contacted the office and Tiffany asked how late the tech could come. I told them it was urgent and to come as late as they needed to. No response after that, no tech, zero explanation. My advice: call John White Plumbers. They couldn't come until two days later but were on time, efficient and less money.

We had a tankless water heater installed. The team (Marcos and Hunter) was on time, polite, very hard working, and efficient. When we had some challenges setting up the wifi controller, they came back to fix it and worked it all out, which included a complicated call to the company control center. Tiffany at the office kept everything moving along, and kept us knowing all the next steps. Very pleased.

Awful. On May 25, 2018 I asked Arie Plumbing (Derfla Corp.) to do 3 simple plumbing tasks: Replace an 80 year old outside faucet that no longer functioned, fix a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking, and replace a toilet flusher that no longer worked properly. Each simple task should have taken about 10 minutes apiece. When the plumber arrived, he started with the outside faucet and immediately broke the pipe leading up to the faucet. Now he had to fix a significant length of pipe as well as the faucet. What would have been a 10 minute task turned into a 90 minute job. Which Arie charged me for, even though it wasn't my fault the pipe broke.
The other 2 tasks actually took about 10 minutes each. However, four days after the bathroom faucet was ""fixed"", it was dripping worse than before. I called Arie and talked to Tiffany and Elena, the manager. I asked them to come back and fix the faucet. They refused to return phone calls or my Emails. After 10 days of no responses from Arie Plumbing, I contacted another plumbing firm to fix the faucet.
All this is to describe Arie Plumbing's competence and when you complain or ask them to fix what they say they have fixed, they ignore you.

They were listed as the closest ""pros"" on Rheem's website, so when the gas valve on my 5-month-old Rheem water heater started throwing a code indicating it'd failed, I asked them whether they'd be able to repair or replace it. They demanded I text them a photo of the heater, and when they received it, they accused me of installing it myself and opined I'd done it ""incorrectly"" (both of which were wrong; it was installed by the professional installers Home Depot sent when I purchased it there). They then demanded I send more photos of the installation and the label on the heater showing the serial and model numbers; after I sent those, I never heard back from them.
Some of the more unprofessional ""pros"" you'll encounter. My advise: take your business elsewhere.

WOWZER, I scheduled an appointment to have a my shower valve and spout replaced because it was cracked and leaking. The technician showed up looked at the job and knew exactly what to do. I felt confident enough based on ""Marcos's"" professionalism that I was able to tell him to get to work and that I would return from the market in 1hour. To my surprise he was completely done when I got back from buying my groceries.
He fixed everything and added a new shower head. I tested everything out to make sure the job was legitimately done and it absolutely was. Price/charge was average but totally worth it based on 100% Quality work, being punctual, and super efficient when it came to
staff/worker.
