My usual plumber is a good friend but he is no longer able to work. Therefore, I had to call someone else to clear a stopped-up toilet. I called Ari, based on reviews. I was not disappointed. He showed up on time, quickly and neatly resolved the problem, and clearly explained why it occurred. His charge was reasonable. To top it off, he is a pleasant and engaging man. His phone number is now in my contact list and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We called Ari because of a failed pilot light on a water heater. We spoke with him and when he found out we had a homeowner warranty, he urged us to go with the company's suggested plumber instead of spending additional monies. When we spoke again on the phone about other plumbing concerns, he explained how we could do the repair ourselves. He gave explicit instructions albeit we were fearful to continue when the valve would not turn. In our estimation, Ari is honest and is willing to forego a service call ($$) to help you. He and his assistant were here to fix a gurgling kitchen sink and that mixing valve that was stuck and only gave out cold water. We had another plumber diagnose the issues and wanted to charge an exorbitant amount to fix both. Ari charged us for the call, the time it took to fix the issues and gave us instructions on how to prevent the same things from happening again. Charge us a very reasonable price. Truly a consummate professional and very knowledgeable of his craft. He is very personable to boot and has quite the sense of humor. We will definitely call Ari Plumbing should we have any plumbing or gas issues in the future.

I was referred to ARI Plumbing from a family friend who spoke highly of the services they had received to aid in a blocked utility drain issue at my house. I had attempted to use a drain snake to remove the blockage, but was unable to remove enough of the curved piping to clear the blockage. Ari was immediately responsive to my inquiry and asked to send pictures of the sink and piping. He then walked me through a few simple steps to cut a down pipe for better access to the blockage, what specific coupling to seal the cut pipe, and actions to take should this not resolve the issue. The blocked drain was resolved very quickly through Ari's guidance and he saved us a hefty bill had we contacted another plumbing service. ARI will be my first call for any future plumbing based on the kindness and care provided.

My usual plumber tried to fix a running toilet three times before I called Ari. They fixed my toilet on the first try. Why my old plumber couldn't find a defective seal is a mystery to me.

Came out to provide an estimate for extending a gas line. Took measurements and photos and said he would text an estimate shortly. That was over two months ago. He never responded to my follow-up texted request for the estimate. Seemed like a nice guy, so this was as surprising as it was disappointing.

really dissatisfied. scheduled replumbing as part of my home renovation. for months he canceled with the weakest of excuses, even though he knew i had limited water in my house. i was waiting for him because of good price.

over six months he canceled, always at the very last minute (i.e. when he was supposed to show up), he would call with an excuse that he could have told me about 24 hours earlier if he had any common courtesy. i'm not sure if any of his excuses were real, and they all were kind of complicated - actually making the others redundant. doesn't matter if workers are on strike, since yoj actually couldn't get any parts. which one was true. when i checked the parts were all available at home depot, maybe not at plumbing supplier. who knows.

he finally shows up and i hear him talking to apprentice and i get sense he never noticed there were two different sizes of pipes to be installed. oops. he didn't say anything. all of a sudden he can't work in a few bathrooms, because there are a handful of items on counters. who cares, you said it was fine previously. actually the house was prepared exactly as you want it. you are working under counters. claims he now wants them totally clear to work. i call this making stuff up because you don't want to fulfill the fixed price contract and you know i'll never have you back in house because he is totally dishonest. didn't need counters clear before. how ridiculous.
