Unfortunately, any time I've tried to contact Tommy for plumbing issues he never returns my calls. Our HOA uses Argyll's services often but I simply can never get him to call me back for issues in our unit. Won't be calling him again in the future.

I live in an older, Westchester home, that needs more than a little TLC. I was first referred to Argyll Plumbing 5 years ago, after a certain ""radio-ad"" plumber tried to scam us on a repair. I like doing business with local, small businesses, and when Tommy Argyll showed up, I knew I was in good hands. Friendly, responsive, reasonably priced and super-efficient. Both Tommy and Kirk get in, get the job done. No hassles. Everything from a dimple drain clear to emergency pipe burst, they are the ones I call. Are there cheaper plumbers around? Probably. But their prices are reasonable, and you won't find them inventing issues where none exist, and in the plumbing game, that's saying something.

Argyll has been our family's plumber since the mid-1970s. My grandparents, parents, and now I, have used them whenever we're in need. Years back it was Mr. Argyll, Senior, and now his son (I believe his name is Andy) heads the company and boy, are these guys trustworthy, super knowledgeable with EXCELLENT prices, as well as prompt and professional. Whether it's sink piping, toilet, kitchen, bathroom, and now we've used them for water heater, pilot issues. Just the BEST. Cannot more highly reccomend Argyll, to anyone.
I would say honesty and integrity are the very cornerstone of their business, which is entirely family-owned and operated. You'll see what I'm talking about when you talk to them on the phone, or witness their work first-hand. I never write Yelp reviews, but I'm taking a moment to do so, because this company is awesome.

I've used Argyll Plumbing since approximately 1995. They have always been professional, knowledgable, honest and friendly. They are great about answering the phone and/or calling back promptly. They show up as agreed and call ahead to make sure you're ready. I believe their pricing is reasonable. They won't recommend something you don't need. I completely trust them and highly recommend them!

I, and my friends and family, have been using Argyll plumbing for more than 20 years. They have been great up until recently. The owner, Russell, has retired, and they are no longer trustworthy or reliable. Scammers, in my opinion. What kind of guy walks up to an 84 year old widow and says ""Sign this now or your property will collapse because of this hole we dug?"". The papers he nearly bullied her into signing would gave put her $70,000 in debt to him. Need i say more? Stay away!

We have been using Argyll Plumbing for years and years. Can I give them 6 stars? They are wonderful to work with, and do the job well. We've had them do everything from simple leak and clog repairs to a major re-lining of our sewer pipe out to the street, and more rooter jobs than I can count. They are always reassuring and friendly, and I know the job is going to be done right the first time. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
