Our heater went out in the cold of January. We spent one night without heat. The next day I called several companies who claimed to be booked before I found Arellano. Knowing they were in demand as well, Arellano was still out within 4 hours and replaced a part and cleaned the heater out within an hour. Works great now. My only regret was I didn't offer to shake out the rag he used to clean it. My bad.

I called Hector on Friday May7th, 2021 and told him about my problem about my shower tub drain as it won't turn because the pipe underneath will pull away from me when I go to turn it. He explained to me that someone has to push up on the pipe so you can get it threaded on and also that it's galvanized steel so replacing it with PVC would be best. Well.....Hector told me to text him a couple of pictures so he can see what's going on so I did. I didn't get anything from him on Friday and I didn't bug him because I know he's probably busy. I called on Monday and talked to the administrative assistant and told her what's going on, she told me that Hector would reach out to me today about scheduling him to come out. Well.......I gave it until about 3PM and finally text messaged Hector on his phone because he gave me his personal phone to text pictures and he never responded. Needless to say this is bad business I can't even shower because the drain is not in and Hector swore that he could get this taken care of. If you don't want to do the job then be honest with me and I will move onto other plumbing companies that will take the job. Don't lead customers to think are motivated for a difficult job when clearly you aren't.

One night I went into the garage an found water all over the place. The hot water heater went bust. I contacted our home coverage people ,who by the way are based in the Philippines, NO HELP. I started calling plumbers an one returned my even that he was on vacation. Arellano Plumbing in a matter of hours they had crew here an the job complete shortly there after. They were fast, effective, efficient, professional and an above all else inexpensive. I saved a lot as did not have to wait for the home coverage firm to contact some one in Fernley,NV from the Philippines of which they never did. I wiil use Arellano for all my plumbing needs.

This company is really the best. In the mediocre world of plumbing and A/C in Fernley, Hector was so knowledgeable. He serviced my tankless water heater and gas fireplace and noticed a problem I never would have caught. Hector knew exactly what to do and the company I used before, had no idea (which cost me $75) to find out. I'd highly recommend this company.

A excellent measure of a company is how they deal with misunderstandings. We had a slight misunderstanding after my full HVAC install. I called Chris on a Friday afternoon he quickly returned my call. We spoke about my issue and without ANY hesitation Chris said "" ill be out tomorrow to fix it no charge"". Simply amazing customer service! I'm glad Arellanos is in my area and couldn't imagine using anyone else!

A few weeks ago, it was the hottest day of the year so far (~101), and (of course), my A/C takes a dump. So my girlfriend calls me and tells me this. I was at work. Earning a living. Unlike her. I come home on my lunch break to check it out. I flipped a bunch of circuit breakers and that didn't fix it. I read on the internet to find a skinny stick and poke the fan blades on the A/C and did that too. I'm still a little fuzzy on why poking your A/C unit with a stick is supposed to fix it, but I did it anyway. Also didn't fix it.

At this point, my girlfriend is talking about leaving me and moving to Reno where she could (probably) find a man that will provide her with a residence that has consistently working air conditioning.

So I called Arellano Heating & Air Conditioning.

I called Arellano around 12:30 PM, got an appointment for around 4 PM, A/C was working by 5 PM. Not only were they friendly and fast, they saved me from dying of heat stroke, so that's five stars in my book. And my girlfriend didn't leave me. Just complained for a few hours. So that's a plus, I guess.

Price was very reasonable as well. Also I'm in Fernley, not sure if that matters.

I needed to replace an existing R/O system under my sink and was not sure which plumber I could trust since all of the work the last plumber had done at our house over the years was later found to be substandard which cost us a lot of money to correct not to mention the damage that some of the poorly done jobs caused. I remembered that my mom had used Arellano Heating & Plumbing to install an R/O system in her home that she was selling last year. I purchased my own system and scheduled Arellano to install the system. Vicente from Arellano did a great job with the installation and was very helpful and friendly. I also needed to have a leaking water softener checked and it was decided by Hector the owner of the company that he would like to look at the system as he has a lot of experience with water softeners. When Hector came a few days later I showed him the system and told him I thought an O-Ring had failed which he agreed after looking at the unit. The part could not be obtained locally due to the design by the manufacturer so Hector ordered the part and came back yesterday to install it in the system. When Hector arrived, he had a diagram of our water softener which really impressed me. The charge for him to come out and make the minor repair was very reasonable. After being taken to the cleaners by the previous plumber, I am very wary and skeptical of plumbers in our area. I now consider Arellano Heating and Air my steady plumber and HVAC repair company. In our rural area, an honest, professional plumber is worth their weight in gold. I feel like I hit the mother lode by finding Arellano Heating and Air Conditioning.

Hector just recently came out and serviced our AC, it was running horrible. He also found out are breaker panel was burning up (NO GOOD), Hector arranged for one of his guys to fix it and really work with us on cost. Fast, Super Friendly, Very clean. I would refer Arellano Heating and Air over and over again!!!! Thank you again!
