I had used Area Plumbing in the past and had been so very pleased with their extremely professional work. My water softener completely fell apart so I called Area Plumbing to come out and put in a new unit for me. The original unit, placed when I bought my home, was a cheap unit. You get what you pay for. Last year, when Area Plumbing basically re- plumbed my interior, they warned me that the softener was on the verge of demise. It was only three years old, but I knew they were right. So... when it died this past month, because I had been so pleased with their previous work, I immediately called them to replace my unit. They came today and put in an obviously much better unit with a ten year warranty. The work is not cheap, but the quality and service is absolutely first rate. I have all the confidence in their work. I am so very pleased with everything they have done. Staff is absolutely the best, service is prompt, they keep records so they know what needs to be done when they arrive. They also checked all previous plumbing areas, just to make sure all were working well. I am in good hands.

Called to get a valve replaced to supply the toilet. Just to show up because it is a Saturday. $89 plus $149 and that is before they even give you an estimate. It is a $7 valve coming out of the wall. I know plumbers are expensive, but seriously?

I have used Area Plumbing for many, many years and they have never failed to warrant their work. If something they worked on before and it has subsequent problems they fix those problems at their expense. I will never use another plumbing service since I know they will stay with a problem until it is fixed and stays fixed. One other major plus in their service is that they are very friendly in their person to person contacts and take time to explain everything.

I had Area Plumbing come out to my Park Model for a quote on a washing machine hose bib addition. I already had the hose bib and the wall was opened up so they could see everything easily. I knew in advance they would charge $89.00 for the estimate, I was hesitant but they were very professional. When I got the quote it was $2400.00 to run a 12' drain line with vent, and 2 pex hoses 12'! I chalked it up to continuing education. I had a feeling that they might inflate the bid since I would already be invested in the outcome I'm sure I will find someone to do it for less.

I called Area Plumbing as I had some concerns about our home water softener and reverse osmosis (RO) systems. Area Plumbing sent Joe to address our needs. Joe was professional in appearance an even wore protective booties when he entered the house. We used an Angie's List coupon for the Home plumbing assessment and found that the systems were producing the proper water quality, though the water softener will eventually need to be replaced as it is over 5 years old and the control board doesn't work. I appreciate Joe not trying to push a sell on us - but I will come back to Area Plumbing when the water softener needs to be replaced. Joe also did a complete Home plumbing inspection (including testing the water quality) to ensure there were no leaks or cracks that could cause us a problem. Joe also drained our RO system (for a small charge). It now works better than before! I highly recommend Area Plumbing!! Thank you Joe! And thank you Jason for your coordination and follow up!!!

I've lived in Yuma since '98 and have needed plumbers on several occasions over the years. Recently had a bad leak in front yard. Several high water bills and standing water in my front yard. Area repaired this as well as drip lines in courtyard. Very professional, informative, and top notch work. If ever again in need of plumbing services, it will be this fine company. Jerry and crew are the best.

After almost nearly 6 months of subpar work and flat-out negligence from a competing local plumbing company (PHD) Area Plumbing proved that honest responsible tradesman and business ethics still exist. Our home was a brand new home built in Park West by Hall Brothers construction company with the plumbing subcontractor of PHD. Both of which failed to route a drain pipe for the water softener system into the actual drain which resulted in our entire home flooding within 8 days of moving in. We had two technicians come out to our home, one to assess the issue and the other came out again a couple days later to ensure everything was fixed and working properly. Les Strous who came out initially re-rerouted the correct drain line into an actual drain and confirmed the fact that PHD did not complete their work properly. Joe Douglas came out a few days later to ensure the drain was working correctly as well as visit multiple new builds surrounding my house to take pictures of all of the other homes having had the drain line properly installed. Area Plumbing went above and beyond the expected and based off of our encounters with their competition this company will be the only plumbing company I could honestly recommend for anyone in the Yuma area...unless of course you want to file an insurance claim and have your home flooded because of negligence (then call PHD). The manager, Jason Griffin, is the epitome of what a company's manager should be. Constant follow-ups and feedback and legwork from his end made the situation a little more bearable. A genuine thank you to all involved at Area Plumbing.

Very impressed with professionalism from first phone call to finish of job. Fees were explained up front & we were kept informed of each step of work. Les & his assistant were very courteous, gave us helpful information and were meticulous about cleaning up when finished. This was our first experience with Area Plumbing, but if we have any more plumbing problems they will be the ones we call.
