Called Ardmore plumbing January 2019. Had a cold weather issue with a water pipe in a crawl space near the outside of the house . The person who came out was very personable. Completed the job very quickly. Unfortunately the $220.00 price tag seemed extreme! 40 feet of pipe wrap installed in 20 minutes? Seems a little high to me.

I was originally scheduled for February 9 and received sporadic updates that ended up having to be rescheduled due to a whole house plumbing replacement and I rescheduled for February 16, I was given a time frame of noon to 2 PM. I received a call at 2:53 to set up the visit, which I let go to voicemail. I would've thought that I would have been the first appointment since I was forced to reschedule through no fault of my own and then to be late with an update, how can I trust a person who does business like that to come into my house and work on my plumbing.

Was doing a kitchen renovation and needed a gas line moved. Also, I wanted a water line split so that we could run it to the new refrigerator. While the work that Ardmore did seemed quality, we would have preferred if he cut the water pipe closer to where we are tying into. For a total of 3-5 hours of work he had to go to the hardware store 3 times.

We woke up today with a frozen pipe that's the main water supply to our toilet. We requested a quote here on Yelp and of the company's we sent the request to Ardmore was the only one who would go into a crawl space. Less than 10 minutes after sending the request they gave a quote and were out here 2 hours later (which was their estimated time of arrival). They were here for less than an hour wasted no time getting into the crawl space, identifying the problem and fixing it. The final bill was the quoted price which was fair especially on a -1 degree day like today. We're going to hold onto their information for future plumbing needs. Very professional and efficient.

Had a few plumbing issues that Joe was able to get right on and fix. He was quick, knowledgeable and very reasonable. Would recommend him for any plumbing needs you have.

I had scheduled a drain cleaning for Saturday between 10-12. By 1pm, after contacting him several times, there was no answer. Still no answer two days later after not showing up. At least communicate back with jobs that you can not do! Very inconvenient for people that really need work done.

Had a clogged toilet that caused a back up in our laundry room! Called at 1pm and Jeff was at my door before 2pm. He quickly cleared out the drain with the problem. Jeff was great, professional and very affordable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
