The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate your budget whether it's big or small. My experience and products are nothing but stellar, regardless of what others are posting. Seriously people, you need to be your own advocate, if your complaints are follow up, it's your own issue, NOT the company. I would/will recommend anyone here!

After having several interactions with Ardente I can say that products are very nice/good. However customer service and most importantly the owner/principal makes doing business with Ardente a very negative experience. My daughter who, contrary to my input, decided to buy from Ardente has had similar experience i.e. .... today two/three months out, she is now picking up pieces of a shower fixture that were missing in the original order. Those parts were suppose to be available two weeks post delivery of the original order.

Great layout and showroom! Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Location is in a warehouse park by airport, easy to find and parking simple. Very high end sinks, baths, etc. But, prices are super high. Your plumber can get a wholesale discount on things, and you may get a discount, but prices are much higher than a Home Depot and almost double ordering online in some cases. I'd recommend going in and finding what you like, then have them write things up with model numbers and quotes with discounts. Then check things online and at HD.
Their worth the extra money if you're working with a contractor or plumber, then pick everything out and let the plumber order, get their pricing and pick everything up. Amazing bath stuff though...

Nice showroom and good customer service while there but follow up is horrible.
We ordered a kitchen faucet and a soap dispenser. We were informed by phone when faucet came in and told them to hold delivery until soap dispenser came in.
A few weeks later no call yet and work was ready to begin.
I called them but they had never placed the order for the soap dispenser and explained they wait for multiples orders before placing the order.
Really? A company with six locations has to wait weeks before placing the Order for a brand they sell?

I asked for the faucet to be delivered on Monday (was speaking to them Friday afternoon) and was told sure, even asked what time of day I preferred.

Monday afternoon arrives (I asked for morning) and no delivery, no phone call.
I call them, Hoping to still get it on Monday.
I am told ""the delivery person had a problem"" and hopefully they can deliver later the same day, if not it will be tomorrow.
This is very poor customer service. If they could not deliver during promised window of time, why not call me? My number is on the order.

BTW, I went online and ordered the soap dispenser and will receive within 3 days!

We try to support local businesses but they need to be faster and better than online companies if they want us to continue to shop there. It's not like I went to Home Depot for a cheap faucet.
UPDATE: It is 4:15 Monday and no delivery. Hopefully it comes tomorrow.
Terrible service.
Final update: Faucet arrived at 5:30pm.

I am very pleased with the LG mini split air conditioning units I purchased from Bruce at Ardente. The units are unbelievably quiet both inside and outside and immediately cooled off my house in this blazing heat. Bruce did a great job making both equipment recommendations and contractor advice and the service was great. I highly recommend them.

I needed a new water heater. I did my research, and decided on a Rheem Fury Series Water Heater. It was energy efficient, has the preferred magnesium anode rods, and brass valves already installed. Anyway, they had the heater, great price, all done.

I would NEVER recommend making any purchase from this place. After returning a damaged piece and receiving another one they did not credit my card. I am charged for both pieces pending a decision to be made by American Standard. I am expected to wait six plus weeks for this determination....originally they told me I would get credit when they received the damaged product. Then the story changed...I have one product and I am charged for two. This is crap...
