Some projects Ardent did for me were affordable with no issues. The whole house filtration system they installed did so much additional damage to the rest of the plumbing, that I can't recommend this company. Two separate repair people have cited filtration system charcoal as the reason for broken appliances.

Our water pressure was only half what it should have been. Ardent Plumbing was very responsive and they were able to fix the issue the same day they came to diagnose the problem. Very fast and friendly!

I have had a few jobs done by Ardent plumbing. One being a tankless water heater install. They supply a sensor that alerts when there is a leak and automatically cuts the water off. It's a great feature.

The sensor went off on a Sunday. I called to report the tankless water heater was leaking. Kevin called me on a Sunday to evaluate the leak severity and walked me through how to temporarily restore hot water until they could visit. Kevin and Nick both came out the next day. They were able to determine the leak was actually from my roof and not the tankless water heater connections. The leak was running down the piping, over the heater and into the safety system I mentioned.

They ended up sending roofers out to my home to make the repair. Talk about fantastic service!!! They just earned a customer for life. If you need a plumber I would highly recommend Ardent Plumbing.

It's been about 6 months, so this review is long overdue. We purchased a new home and were very concerned about the water quality. I reached out to several different companies regarding water filtration systems. Not only did I want a filtration system that worked, I also wanted to make sure that the work was being done by a plumber. From the very first call to ask questions, I was put at ease about the very large purchase we would be making. Once Kevin came out to look at our home, I knew that this was the best company for me. Kevin is very knowledgeable in his field, and I knew that my home was in good hands. We will definitely use Ardent for our plumbing needs in the future.

GAVE ME THE MIDDLE FINGER!!! One of their service vans was behind me at a red light. He laid on the horn because I did not roll through a right turn on a red light. I came to a stop first, then turned. Rolling through red lights is a $70.00 ticket. After I turned, he speed past me doing 50 mph in a 40 mph zone. Smiled and gave me the finger as he drove past. Obviously he didn't care he was driving a billboard with the company phone number and RMP's license # on the back. From one service plumber to another teach that kid some manners and traffic laws or cut him loose.
