Don't think I've ever been talked to by a salesperson like that before, except once when I was trying to buy a brand new car. I proceeded to leave that dealership and go buy a car from another. And I'll be doing the same here. Didn't even get a chance to discuss their product or options because he was basically trying to talk me out of going with them, not even sure why he called me back because he obviously wasn't interested in selling me anything. I don't know if I sound young on the phone, but he talked to me like I was about 10 years old. I'm extremely knowledgeable about the system we are looking to get put in and also extremely serious about buying a system. And even if we weren't they should not talk to ANYONE like that because of age or gender or whatever his reason for talking to me like that was. Just plain ignorance. I grew up with three older brothers and none of them ever talked to me like that or any other woman for that matter. Perhaps he needs to take some lessons from them. Shame on him!

Excellent hands down frank and his team are extremely skilled,and reasonably price I've work with them with two heating units and one water system and I have always been happy with the work that they have done

Friendly! Easy to work with, easy to get along with, clean and efficient. I have used Arcuri heating and air-conditioning twice now and both times was very pleased with the result. I highly recommend anyone in the Utica area.
