I can't thank ""Artic Sewer & Drain Plumbers Enough!"" Since Thursday last week double kitchen sink was almost over the counter with water that I had tried everything to unplug. Called them this morning & by afternoon I had sinks done. Needed a Check underneath building that there were no leaks (2018 Earthquake) and the problem done was a blessing. Had fun from saving from discount & passed it back to them with tip for Pizza Party!!! Very Professional & Knowledgeable about care & what to use with liquid plumbing in different parts of house.

Several of the drains in my house were clogged and causing overflow and flooding from a floor drain and the washing machine drain. Issac and John were able to get to me pretty quickly and had all of the drains unclogged in less than an hour. They were so wonderful and gracious with the dogs jumping on them, the naked toddler running around, screaming newborn, and my general embarrassment about the disaster I've invited them into. After the job was done, they gave me the bill and after everything they did to get my drains clear, the bill was extremely affordable. I had thought it would have cost hundreds of dollars for what they did. The burden lifted off my shoulders from having the problem be fixed was worth hundreds. 10/10 highly recommend this company and will always use them in the future.

Where do I begin with this 5 Star review, hmm? I had multiple plugging issues with a run over toilet late last night, so I called them when they first opened. Isaac (the owner) answered, and I told him what my problems were, and he said he would try to get someone over this morning. That someone was Isaac and his very respectful adult son first thing this morning. Less than an hour had passed from when I called, they were on the scene ready to work. I was so not expecting such a fast response to get here. Every time I ever needed someone; they took hours to get to me. They both went to work and attacked my problems with top quality workmanship. Both were wonderful to converse with and they wasted no time on my issues. When Isaac handed me the bill, I was in total shock that it was very low! Their work was impeccable, timely and top notch. I have never seen someone so efficient with their work and yet do top quality. I cannot say enough great things about them. You can bet they will be getting more calls of help when I need them. I also got some cards to give to people because I have no doubt that anyone who uses their service will get the same quality work at a great price! Kudos to Isaac and his son. Thank you again Isaac! I had a plumbing situation on a Friday night, called ASandD and Isaac was so nice, so calming and so professional. He and his son Joey came and did the work on my sump pumps. They immediately saw what needed to be done (another company did NOT take care of the issue a mere two days ago) and they snaked out my line, got both sump pumps back in full working order and all the while they were such a joy to have in my home. So nice, so thorough and although this was a weekend job the rates were more than reasonable. After 30 plus years in my home, I have a new go to plumber for ANY future issues.

Amazing father(Isaac) & son(Isaac) duo came to our rescue within the hour of our call. Just purchased a new home and ended up flooding do to backed up pipe. I am impressed with Issac as I called with a non urgent matter and his technician came out less than 24 hours later! The quote was right on and very reasonable! We had an issue which was difficult to get to due to the placement and mounting of our sink and didn't think a fix was possible. I highly recommend Arctic Sewer and Drain!!!

My wife and I have dealt with Isaac on three separate occasions on our older home, after he came highly recommended by another professional in the industry. We can't recommend him enough! He's prompt, professional, honest, and does a fantastic job. Plumbing issues are never fun to deal with, but he makes the process unbelievable painless. We fully trust him working on our home when we're away at work. Without going into detail, my wife and I were blown away at the job he did for us today. Called Arctic Sewer and Drain this morning on the recommendation of another company that couldn't get out till very late in the day. Spoke with Isaac and he said he could be out early afternoon. He arrived promptly and assessed the situation. Gave us options on how he could fix the blockage with the least possible disruption to the house and went to work. Even though I had assured him there wasn't a ""clean out"", he had a hunch and checked anyway! Sure enough he was right! He worked efficiently and neatly, had us fixed up in no time! He was also right that it was frozen instead of blocked! We were very pleased with all aspects of his work and will definitely call him should we need this type of service again.
