I cannot thank “the team at Arctic Sewer & Drain” sufficiently! A week ago Thursday, the kitchen sink were nearly over the counter with water buildup that I attempted various methods to fix. I contacted them earlier today & later that day the team had my sinks taken care of.

I needed a look under the property to ensure that there weren't leaks from the 2018 earthquake and the issue was a blessing. I appreciated saving and returned it to the team with a gratuity for a pizza party!!!

Multiple pipes in my house had become blocked and resulting in flooding from a ground drain and the laundry drain.

Issac and Isaac managed to get to me without delay and cleared all of the clogs unclogged in under an hour. They proved to be so wonderful and gracious with the dogs bothering them, the naked toddler, crying baby, and my feelings of shame about the mess I've invited them into.

When they completed the work, they presented me with the invoice and considering their efforts to unclog the pipes, the charge was surprisingly low. I assumed it would have cost a significant amount for what they accomplished. The burden lifted off my conscience from having the problem be fixed was worth hundreds.

I experienced a drainage situation on a Friday night. I contacted Arctic Sewer and Drain and the technician was extremely pleasant, soothing and professional.

Isaac and his assistant showed up and addressed the task on my drainage system. They promptly identified what was necessary (another company did not to address the issue just two days ago) and unclogged my drain, restoring both sump pumps back to optimal function.

Throughout the process, they were delightful to have in my house. Extremely pleasant, so thorough and despite the fact that this was a weekend job, the costs were fair.

I contacted the team at Arctic Sewer and Drain this morning following a recommendation from a friend which was unable to arrive until the day. I had a conversation to Isaac and he informed me said he could be out in the early afternoon.

He arrived right on schedule and assessed the situation. He offered us options for fixing resolve the issue while minimizing disruption in our home so he began working.

Despite I had assured him there wasn't a "clean out", he suspected otherwise and decided to check anyway! Sure enough, his instinct was spot on! Isaac worked effectively and neatly, took care of everything very quickly! He correctly identified that the problem was caused by freezing, not a clog!

How should I begin this glowing review? Let me think. I had several drainage problems with a toilet that wouldn't stop running late last night, so I called them when they started their day. Isaac, the owner answered, and I explained my problems. He assured me he would dispatch a technician this morning. That worker was Isaac and his very respectful adult son at the crack of dawn. Less than an hour had passed from when I contacted them, they were there ready to assist. I was not expecting such a prompt service. In the past, whenever I needed help, they took forever to arrive.

They both went to work and attacked my problems with top quality workmanship. Both were great to talk to and they wasted no time on my concerns. When Isaac handed me the bill, I was in complete disbelief that it was very low! Their work was impeccable, prompt and of the highest quality. I have never seen someone so capable with their work and yet do top quality. I cannot express my satisfaction about them. You can be sure they will be receiving more requests when I need them. I also picked up some cards to give to people because I have no doubt that anyone who uses their service will get the same level of service at a fair rate! A big thank you to Isaac and his son.
