A shoddy install job where the ductwork came loose in the attic about a month after installation, lead to my unit not cooling. The owner come out and did not check the unit inside but only outside. He did not check Freon levels. From that, he claimed the unit was working and I just needed to turn it down to 70 from where I had it at 75 I told him it was blowing hot air from the vents. It was 82 in the area it was supposed to cool vs the other parts of the house which are serviced by other units. Those units were cooling and not running 24/7. He ignored me and said again. It's working just turn it down to 70. I did what he said for a few days, but it continued to blow hot air. He was very rude and said he would charge me to come out again. His son came and looked at the attic unit. He saw immediately what was wrong. The ductwork was completely detached. For almost a week the owner had me running the AC 24/7 when it couldn't cool. He offered no apology and no offer regarding my utility bill. There were also dishonesty issues with regards to the type of filter. Don't use these guys

These guys are absolutely amazing! It was unfortunate we had to have them come out to look at our plumbing within a week of us buying our first home. From the moment Ryan came to our door, I was at ease. They are professional, ethical, friendly, and efficient. They explained everything from the beginning and worked hard to have our problem resolved within a reasonable timeframe. They quoted us a price that was in our budget and were willing to work with us if the problem was bigger after they started the project. I cannot brag on these guys enough! They will definitely be our go-to guys for everything related to this house and any home purchases in our future.

Ryan & Anthony came out & verified that our leak was coming from our upstairs shower by reproducing the problem. Prior to Ryan's arrival we had already had 1 estimate & my uncle deduced that it was the shower. Arctic guys seemed very knowledgeable, patient & courteous. My only complaint is that I wasn't informed of service charge for estimate/diagnosis when I made appointment. Service charges for estimates and diagnosis are acceptable but not everyone charges for estimates. While I probably will go with another vendor, I think these guys deserve a chance. Just make sure you know that there is a service charge for estimates and what it is BEFORE they come out.
