Phil S.I have been using Henry and Arctic Air for over 20 years at both my home and my Art Gallery. They are as good as it gets--Super responsive, incredibly knowledgable, and very fair and reasonable when it comes to pricing. There has never been a job that Henry couldn't do, and I have successfully recommended Arctic Air to many, many friends and associates. You would be crazy not to use these guys---as trustworthy as could be!!!
Jen K.Henry and his crew just finished another big job for me -- this time, replacing my aging water heater with a new, tankless system. Henry took the time to meet me on a Saturday morning for the estimate. He walked me through the various options, and the pros and cons of all options. Once I decided to go forward with the work, scheduling was a breeze. Henry and his crew were on time, and finished the job in less than one day. I'm very pleased with the new system. I would not hesitate to recommend Henry and Arctic Air for any job you are considering in your home or condo.
Pranav A.I had a ductless mini split system installed. Arctic's quote came out to be significantly better than the two others I had received. They also used Daikin equipment for the project, which is rated well. Eddie was the main contact with Henry leading technical and Juan and Dennis doing the heavy lifting. The project actually ended up running into several issues due to my HOA as well as some not great initial installation work. I and Arctic should definitely have planned the scope of work more in detail before we began. However, to Arctic's credit, they came back and fixed any issues (mainly changes to the exterior with casing work) and they also corrected some installation issues inside the home upon discovering them. Even though we ran into problem, the guys were quick to resolve them and communication was outstanding with both Eddie and Henry. I'm very happy with the end result and the installed system. Would highly recommend these guys.
Henry provided excellent service. He was friendly and very courteous. It was clear that he knew what he was doing and took the time to explain what the potential issues were, how to approach the situation, and what might be required if we continued to experience problems. Henry not only addressed an issue with the condensate line for our air conditioning, he also ensured our drains were clear and gave us advice to help ensure we don't have issues in the future.
Neil V.Henry was promt and patient but spend quite a it of time educating me about the systems and the work that needed to be done.
I loved that he has understanding and did not prod me into buying things I didn't need. He made the best decision for me, the client.
We had Arctic Heating & Air install a Mitsubishi Mini Split (12k btu) system about 5 years ago for our bedroom. We love our Mitsubishi. But since our living room has been staying hot, we called to get an estimate. We were interested in another Mitsubishi unit, but they also suggested a Daikin ductless since it has a longer warranty period. The estimate took a little bit of time and they came out twice, but they worked with our needs and pricing was good. On install day, Miguel & Jose showed up promptly at 8 am, and along with their crew, they had the 18k Daikin Mini Split installed by early afternoon. They listened to our needs in placing the unit. I would recommend Arctic Heating & Air and Sandy in the office is super friendly.
Eric W.Called to see if I could get an estimate. They charge a $75 dollar house charge for an estimate so I said no thank you. Free estimates are important to me, I don't want to feel like I'm being held hostage and out $75 dollars just because I get a bad estimate. Also according to this yelp review I'm in the same city, so it's not like it was a shlep.
I have used Arctic Heating & Air for over 10 years for a variety of HVAC issues in two different homes. Henry is an excellent problem-solver. He provides top notch service with fair pricing. He is always on time, trustworthy, and thorough. I highly recommend Arctic Air for any heating or air conditioning needs.
Mitch G.Henry is a calm and efficient problem-solver. Did the work on time and within budget. There were initial communication problems via his office, but once he was on the job, very responsive. Returned several days later to trouble-shoot an issue, did not charge.
Poppy D.Good clean work at a reasonable price. Prompt about appointments. Ask for Henry. Had ductwork for stove range and update of wall heaters done. I have wood floors and they put on booties without asking and swept up after the work was done. They actually talked me out of getting something else installed and deferring it until later since it was still working fine. Its not a five because there was a small crack hear the lath and plaster area where ducting was installed and they had to cut a 8"" hole. Sometimes it is avoidable, sometimes not with lath and plaster. It is a hazard of home improvement.
