They serviced a furnace and did a lot of unnecessary work to up the bill. They ignored obvious needed repairs as they were difficult and required quite a bit of skill and time. Just went for the easy money. All said and done, they set up the system to not work so they could get an emergency call back at top rate, and claimed it was perfect when they left. However, it was obvious what they did. Another repair contractor found it. After asking around, I have not heard one good thing, including here.

We've been using Arctic Desert for service for several years, and I've always found Mark and John to be on top of things. When it came time to retire our 26 year-old oil furnace and replace our AC unit, we had several companies quote the job, and Arctic Desert offered us better units for less cost than their competitors. They had our old units out and new units installed in a single day, and took care to make sure we had everything we needed for our extended warranty and PECO rebates. It's an absolute pleasure doing business with Mark and John.

Scam artist, Recently asked Arctic to clean my heater, instead, they took it on themselves to replace a part that wasn't needed, it was a $25 sensor that they charged $95 for, the sensor was good because after taking it to Boyertown supply for a check, it was confirmed 'good', then they didn't even clean the heater and charged almost $400. for a service call, when I tried to reach them they never bother to return the call,
