My builder chose this company to install my HVAC recently. My master bath was not getting hardly any heat, so I called them for help. It took more than four phone calls to get anyone to respond. Their former employee who worked on my house has promised to come by and fix it in the next week, on his day off, although he's working for another company now.
Saturday night my furnace quit altogether which is a huge problem in November. I left a message, thinking surely they have people on call for such emergencies.....oh no! 24 hours later and still no call and no heat!
I guess if you are going to have an emergency, it better happen during business hours!

Needed to find a new plumbing/HVAC business as was not completely satisfied with former company I had used.
I was kind of flying blind but did find a good review for this company. Called to have a furnace repaired for my tenants, and of course the weather was very cold - it always happens, right? Arctic responded same day and solved the problem. A little pricey, but not really out of line. I'll be using them again when needed.

Our air went out last night and we have been ROASTING. They were awesome came out today, courteous, patient while I asked a million questions and fixed us right up. I would totally recommend them as well as use them again! THANK YOU!

I will never understand why I have bag my own groceries or beg someone to take my money for services they provide. left a message on their answering machine with full details of my contact information and a small detail of repairs needed, no return call at all ?? what the f k
