OUR STORY
I’m Sam Buca, the founder and owner of Arctic Air Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning.

We've all experienced companies that treat us like a statistic, cut corners on service, or focus more on their profits than on doing what's right. We don’t agree with that mindset. At our core, we are a family-run business dedicated to treating our clients as if they were part of our family.

We have been in business since 2003, serving our local community. Throughout the years, we have worked diligently to differentiate ourselves from others in the industry. Our approach includes several key strategies. First and foremost, we select only the best parts and equipment for our services. Regardless of the time or season, we understand the importance of your HVAC and plumbing systems operating efficiently. The only way to achieve that is by utilizing the best hardware available, and that’s our commitment.

Secondly, while having quality equipment is important, the technician's expertise is even more crucial. We rigorously train our technicians in a wide array of plumbing and HVAC technologies. Additionally, we hold licenses in New Jersey for home improvement, master plumbing, and master HVAC. With over 20 years of industry experience, we are equipped to tackle any issue that arises.
