For those in our Florida market that need AC services, we highly I do not recommend to use their services. They are very bad because we expended 2 days waiting to solve our issue and they never show off. They enjoyed to install the AC and never respect the contract.

I wish there was a lower rating. Maybe negative 2. Been out twice in a month and our AC is out again. Absolutely disgusting. Exorbitant charges, then try to upsell you and nothing is fixed. Terrible.

Has to be the worst HAV company in Florida. They lie to you about timing of part replacement, provide no relief during record setting heat, and make you sit in 87 degree homes for a week. Also, this system is a year old, installed by them. DO NOT use this company. Unfortunately I'm forced to use them by my equally unimpressive Westbay Homes and handcuffed to their warranty. Or I can pay $3000 and would have had it fixed the next day.

Artic Air installed all the plumbing throughout my newly constructed house in 2018, their plumber came for the annual maintenance in July 2022, He lost the screws for the tub deck hand shower and did not fix the bidet hot water handle. I have been talking to Mike and Vicky since last July trying to get this sorted out. They keep telling me that they are going to order parts or parts are back ordered or whatever... it is ridiculous! I tried to talk to Scott Whitaker, the owner, and they will not put me through. This was a new build and Artic Air and plumbing installed all of the plumbing throughout my house which was extensive and this is what I get for my 100% satisfaction guarantee. I am really not happy!

I had Arctic Air come out to give me estimates for both some HVAC upgrades and a water softener and RO system. Their quotes were laughably high, almost double what I had been quoted elsewhere. Judging by the other comments here, I dodged a bullet.

Most times they come it's most times a""""you need this or that""""$$$$. And the cost is over priced items. A contactor is 15$ charged 85 to install, a capacitor that cost $10 to $15 charge $175. Why? It's just to make money. I'm not sure they are for the client more than they are for themselves. And then again it depends upon the service technician. Some seem more """"candid"""" than others. Called the month before to schedule my semi annual service on a prepaid service contract. They stated they did not have any appointments for the entire quarter, horrendous service!

Waterless tank heater wasn't producing hot water after storm. I have a new home and it's still under warranty and I knew it was something simple to fix like a reset button or a fuse. I called Arctic air and plumbing because they responded quickly and came right away. They said the motherboard was shot and it would cost $5k to fix. I decided to put in a warranty inspection and all that was needed was a breaker reset and it was working fine. No cost from warranty. Artic Air and plumbing company is either completely incompetent or just trying to scam you. Either way, I don't recommend.

Artic Air is a a very unprofessional company. each time they preform a routine service call they try to sell you additional goods and services. I now have to wait a week to have a non working ac unit repaired. it is a snow bird home but they do pay an annual service fee. I requested a morning appointment, people still work and have commitments , a week is the time I was given. I explained mold is an issue, doesn't matter. I spoke to the dispatcher Justin who was less than pleasant. i personally was contracted with this company but opted to go with a different,more professional company who can schedule customers in less than a weeks time.

Here we are again. Saturdays leak. Monday's leak. They said twice the handler got pitched a little When installed. No one told me this could be the cause. But I have paid dearly despite having maintenance contract. This is a Trane. They are not So good anymore. Mine stops every 2-4 months
