AWFUL!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The lady that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and did not even provide her name let alone inform me that it's $200 to have someone just come out and diagnose what's wrong. I was only told about a $99 base charge. For them to diagnose what's wrong is another $100 which she failed to mention. She ALSO failed to inform us that since our system has R22 they can't help. Thankfully Shawn the technician that came out did not charge us the second diagnostics fee and was able to tell us that Arco can't help with R22. Shawn was GREAT but we are very upset with the company as a whole. I feel bad that he has to work for people that are so unprofessional.

wish I could leave negative stars! We purchased from Arco comfort about 7 years ago and even got the extended warranty. Our A/C quit working on July 5th when it was 87 degrees out so I called Arco and spoke with a lady and she said since it wasn't working at all it was an emergency and someone would be calling me right back, about 10 minutes later Brian Martin called me and informed me they couldn't make it out this evening but could be out tomorrow to check it and I told him that would be fine.
I waited till about 9am before I called them and spoke with another lady who informed me again that it was an emergency since it wasn't working at all and was going to be almost 90 degrees that day, So I waited 2hours with no call back and called again and spoke with another lady and she replied with the same thing the others had said and added she would make sure scheduling would get back with me so they could get someone out to fix the problem and again another 2 hours with no call so called them again and was told the same thing that I was told be all the other ladies, so I asked if i could just be transferred to scheduling or someone because we really needed someone out to fix it and she informed me that scheduling only does call back, And yet still no call from them as of July 8th 3 days later.

So we spent 2 days in the very hot heat with our house in the mid 80's and the humidity through the roof just because this company cant bother to take care of their customers, they could at the very least call and say they are busy and cant make it till ?? or we don't care about your problem or something, anything
