In the past, we were a design-build construction business in San Juan County for 23 years, focusing on building new and renovating custom residences. As of 2023, we are shifting our focus to architectural design and interior services while advocating for homeowners and general/sub-contractors. We do take on some small general construction projects annually, but our primary focus is now on architectural home design, drafting, construction documents, and permit services. We focus on Pacific Northwest contemporary design for waterfront homes. We also provide custom and semi-custom cabinetry solutions. We provide flexible services to partner with homeowners, architects, and builders.
