In the past, we were a design-build construction business in San Juan County for 23 years, focusing on the construction and renovation of custom homes. As of 2023, we are shifting our focus to architectural design and interiors while advocating for homeowners and general/sub-contractors. We offer limited small project general construction services annually, but we are currently prioritizing architectural home design, drafting, construction documentation, and permit services. Our expertise lies in contemporary home design in the waterfront Pacific Northwest. Additionally, we are a dealer of both custom and semi-custom cabinets. Our services can be tailored to partner with homeowners, architects, and builders.
