Keith and Keith, jr showed up at the house, they were professional, efficient and tidy. They installed two high-efficiency toilets in our 100-year-old house and took away the old ones. Their level of old-fashioned service surpassed any plumber I have had in the house for many years. I expected the bill to be at least half again as much as it was and I joked with him as he left should I mail a of couple big green bills in a plain envelope?

In a world of high-priced plumbing companies with big advertising budgets, these two are gems. I heard about them in the Puget Sound Checkbook a consumer-driven local publication, a nonprofit, and then a friend who has used Keith Sr for decades endorsed them too. I called ahead, wasn't in a big hurry and was so pleased by their quality. They did not dilly dally they came one time were there for 90 minutes and the bill was easy to understand. I hope they can come next time we have a plumbing need they are the real deal.

I had a small job in my kitchen. They returned my call quickly and arrived on time. They chose not to charge me at all even though he came out to my house and worked under my kitchen sink for about 15 minutes. I highly reccommend Archie's and will definitely call them again when I need a plumber. They made my day!

Keith and his son arrived promptly on time. I gave them a list of five things to do, and they made quick work of it. They were pleasant and polite. They did a wonderful job. Absolute degenerate of a human being insulted my mom multiple times after finally calling us back 6 days late after we attempted to reach out to him multiple times. He lied about trying to contact us, called my mom ""annoying"" and was just a generally horrible, unpleasant, awful person. Did someone just kick his cat? Did a pipe burst in his head? We may never know. If you had a pleasant experience with this guy you were lucky. He might be a half decent plumber. But any one who treats people like that for simply trying to engage in business with him is not someone you should do business with. Find someone else. Find a decent human being. The most basic requirement for a plumber.

I found this business on Yelp. Called them to replace a garbage disposal that had been broken for over a year. I left a voice-mail and Archie called me back right away to schedule an appointment that day. They had the part already which was great because I did not want to go and buy it myself. They were done within 30 minutes! Wish I'd called them sooner if I knew it was that easy! Highly recommend!
